I have been here several times now and have always loved their service, atmosphere and care, and was so excited to book myself a birthday massage, after receiving an email for $15 off in my birthday month. I went to pay and use said discount and was told that because their gift cards can often be purchased through some sort of deal, I can't stack discounts. This, in theory makes sense, however, knowing that this gift card was not purchased at a discount, this seemed a bit strange (I guess there is no way for them to see that there was no discount applied to purchasing a gift card...). Anyway, I was disappointed in this, as I had booked mainly to be able to use this discount and there's no indication anywhere that says you can't use a gift card with it. To be totally clear- they are fantastic here. So friendly and welcoming, I've never had an experience any less than fantastic. The place is small and you are asked to take your shoes off upon entering, but that means you were right in the doorway while trying to get your shoes off and balance putting on slippers that they leave at the door. There's only two seats in the waiting area. There was no tea or anything else out like I have seen in other pictures but I was offered a water. Elana was my massage therapist and she was fantastic. A couple of issues was that the treatment rooms are extremely small is very little room to maneuver. Also, they must have had satellite radio on so the radio station kept going in and out which made for very awkward moments of complete silence in the room and during that time, you could hear other patrons talking, music from the Pilates, studio next-door, and traffic on the road. After about 10 minutes, she did ask if I wanted her to go get her phone so she could put on music in which I said yes-it was very hard to concentrate every time the music went off. I thought $140 for a 90 minute massage was an excellent price and she was great, but I'm not sure if I would return due to them having no amenities and the outside noise issues.
