I injured my back recently at the gym and decided to visit Bayside. I had heard great reviews from…read morefriends and quickly learned first hand how helpful Dr. O'Brien was. For example, the first weekend of my injury was brutal. He knew I would need treatment through the weekend and actually met me at the office on a Saturday afternoon. Since then he's guided me through healing the injury and has given me great advice on moving forward/preventing this from happening in the future. They also have a really nice staff with long hours to fit your schedule. I definitely recommend!!

They thrive on word of mouth referrals, which of course is the best way to go when you are a service provider. I don't usually find scheduling to be a problem though they are always busy. Meghan (Dr Schaffer) has magic hands and has really helped me alleviate pain throughout my pregnancy. I would almost knock this down to 4 stars because I would estimate approximately 1/3 of my appointments have started on time, but as I have equally been on the receiving end of Meghan wanting to spend more time testing my alignment and perfecting my adjustment when she identifies another subtle area to sooth, I will keep at 5 stars. Because really, that woman is a six.

This is unethical. They clearly don't care about supporting healthcare workers! Update: After my initial review, the owner reached out to me the next day to clear up the miscommunication between the new guidelines and her staff. I was put in for a new patient appointment a few days later and have been going since. They took the time to listen to my concerns and made a plan to address said concerns. Dr. Annie is amazing and went thoroughly over the results of my x-rays before fully treating me! After just a few adjustments, I already feel better! I look forward to going to my appointments since I feel like a new woman every time a I walk out! The remainder of the staff are friendly and patient! Dr. Miller is by far the best chiropractor I've ever been to. He takes the time to understand the…read moreroot cause of pain and discomfort rather than simply treating the symptoms. I really appreciate his whole-body approach, which goes beyond just focusing on the neck or back. He also offers red light therapy, which I've found to be incredibly helpful and effective. I highly recommend Dr. Miller for patients of all ages, from pediatric care to seniors. The office staff is also wonderful and always does their best to accommodate appointments and make the entire experience easy and convenient. I can't recommend Dr. Miller enough!

It's been a few months since my one and only visit to this office. Let me preface my review by…read moresaying that I've lived in many different places and have seen several chiropractors. They squeezed me into their schedule, which I appreciated at first but ended up waiting about 45 minutes past my appointment time to see the doctor. If I had known it would be that long I would have asked to come in on a different day. The doctor had the manner of someone who'd shotgunned five Red Bulls paired with the ego of a surgeon. Aside from the general exam and spinal manipulation, there was a bunch of "therapy" in the forms of tugging, pushing, and whacking. I kind of felt like I was being Punk'd. This extra "therapy" was what they had charged me $50 in addition to my expected copay upon check-in. I thought they were mistaken but they insisted, and it was after a long day at work so I figured I'd just pay it and deal with it later. After later checking with my insurance company and seeing that they had reimbursed the office for the "therapy," I contacted the office to have them look into it. I had to bring them my insurance statement. A couple of weeks passed and I called to ask about the matter, and the woman on the phone curtly said, "You were right. A check is in the mail." I received a check a few days later. Just a check. No note, no apology for the inconvenience. The whole experience was just gross.
