Both times I called with concerns and they happen to be on a Friday and they will claim to have called me back and left a voicemail or say they couldn't leave a voicemail which is a complete lie! I'm constantly on my phone so tell me why I receive everyone's calls and everyone's messages but there's. The nurses here are not intentive to my needs by any means. I ended up going to the ER on Saturday due to their incompetence. If you are pregnant and have concerns, I do not recommend this location. They will not get back to you. The nurses and staff lying goes against their values of "integrity". There has to be a better solution. -Ronald the rn also claims to have called me but I did not get a voicemail or missed call either! Help me understand why I receive the call regarding blood work but not yours regarding my health concerns and ER follow up? This is why I will not be returning

She states that she will send a reminder to you about things, but what she doesn't tell you is that the reminder will be when your prescription unexpectedly runs out mid-year. She goes straight by the numbers, and doesn't really talk to her patients before prescribing them more and more pills with little or no explanation. I realize that Doctors are busy and have a lot of patients to see, but spending a couple of minutes to find out that a patient's father has died and that might be possibly why they are sad shouldn't be over the top. Allowing the patient the dignity of getting out the questions she had written down ahead of time shouldn't be an optional extra. Doctor Skirm is very professional. But I personally would like a doctor who treats me like a human being rather than a list of numbers on a computer screen.

Until this appointment, I have NEVER filed any kind of a formal complaint against a medical professional (and there have been a couple times that I thought about it). After my appointment with Dr. Scarr, I went straight home and made a complaint through The Everett Clinic's customer service website. More concerning to me than his general lack of respect and professionalism were the following: 1. He did no more than make a cursory glance at the medical history I had just provided to the assistant before jumping to several (incorrect) conclusions about why I was there and how he wanted to treat me. 2. He made multiple out of date, incorrect, and potentially dangerous statements about the treatment of Hashimoto's thyroiditis (a specific autoimmune thyroid disease). And made some rude remarks about my concerns being cosmetic in nature rather than truly medical. 3. He doesn't understand depression and the need for pharmaceutical treatment. Period. And he is insensitive when discussing it. I left in tears and absolutely furious. Most telling to me was that when I scheduled a follow-up appointment with a different doctor the receptionist didn't bat an eye and signed me right up with a primary care physician that hadn't been accepting new patients when I called three days before.

He said he knows nothing about the ear but he tried to treat it anyway. He wasted lots of precious time. THere is only so much time to treat a hearing loss before it gets worse.. HE didn't put me on prednisone which should have been the first course of action, He didn't take anything about me seriously. I don['t think he likes disabled clients. I may have had more hearing if he would have referred me to a specialist. He had no business treaing a hearing loss when he said he know nothing aboutt it. Deedee is a superwoman both the nurse and front desk lady but she does more than that. So, even though the wait time can get long sometimes it's still a good experience and you will be able to get all your needs met or they will refer you to a specialist. I live nearby so I can highly recommend this clinic for local primary care.

I went to appointment here, I was early but they let me in…read more I entered and filled out several forms on paper; which is inconvenient as most offices now use online forms. When the nurse entered, they did a cursory exam of the pertinent areas to start my service and then she began asking intrusive personal questions such as "you don't like to drink water?" and "what did you eat today?" (paraphrasing), which has not been standard in the other places that I've gotten the same treatment at and is frankly none of their business. She was then unable to complete the treatment which shows her incompetence and inability to focus on the task at hand since she was apparently distracted by asking me questions about my personal life, which she shouldn't have been. The manager then insisted that I had "lost nothing" which is untrue as it was an uncomfortable invasion of my privacy and a waste of my time.

I explained to the medical assistant that I was angry at Optum, but not at the staff because they had always been kind to me. I also explained that I have brain damage to my hippocampus, so it was difficult to control my emotions if I became upset. That assistant (who would not give me her name, a guilty conscience, perhaps?) proceeded to treat me coldly and without any empathy. Of course that was upsetting to me. I began crying and she began threatening me with "security" or "police". I asked multiple times just to see the medical professional for my appointment and she refused. Apparently, while she was gone to get "security", she must have told the rest of the staff that I was the problem because she came back with a huge guy named Derek D. and told me that my appointment would not be honored. I wish I had a photograph of the smirk on her face when she said that. Honestly, I still believe that the ARNP (Uman Gahlot) and the MD (Dr. Nelson) are actually kind people and if they had spent 5 minutes with me the situation would have ended. The assistant, Ms. No One Identifiable, had made sure that option was blocked to me. I was escorted out of the building by another big, burly guy. While in the parking lot, I called the police myself and informed them that The Optum Clinic, Silver Lake, had refused to let me keep my appointment. Then I left. Honestly, I've never been treated to badly by a medical clinic in my entire life. Then they had the gall to send me a message today that I could sign up for another provider! Believe me, they could not PAY me enough to ever go there again. I've decided, since my great doctor, Dr. Murphy, left Optum Mukilteo in 2022, that I have several better options. After I recover from the trauma caused by this assistant, I will be writing to Optum's CEO in Minnesota and letting him know how displeased I am with Optum in general. Everett Clinic used to be a great clinic, but not anymore.

I knew that it was wrong, so their nurse kept sending in people saying 120/80. I drove down the street to the pharmacy to use their cslibrated machine. I printed out a receipt stating that: MY BLOOD PRESSURE WAS 165/123. The "head nurse" called me the next day and yelled at me for posting my experience. She told me to shut up and that her staff was always right. My doctor saw the print out, took my BP, and knew that the 120/80 was an easy out. after that I always had him take my blood pressure. And bring my cuff. If you have a complaint with these people, which you most likely will, they will treat you terribly.
