The lab appears to have its own reception desk. The sign could be referring to the main reception area but it is not clear. The lab reception desk is only for an Optum employee to stare at you snd say sit you will be called. No greeting just a stare and told to sit. Terrible way to run a clinic. They should know that Empathy is an important part of patient care.

Dr. Horton has gone above and beyond every time we've seen her. She listens to my concerns and makes sure I know that my opinion about my sons care matters. I adore her and will keep her as fins pediatrician for his whole life if we can! I don't trust very many people with my sons care, but I trust Dr. Horton fully. Today i went in with my child for their appointment. I got asked to show my ID. This 'policy' seems to change between facilities and is frustrating for me. I admit to having made a omment about "this is why i hate our healthcare system", but was not disrespectful to anyone. I showed my id and moved on. After my childs appointment the doctor informed me she couldnt be my childs doctor because I was disrespectful to the staff. I asked for an example as i know i didnt say anything today and i havent been there at all in over a year. I was told there were notes from other interactions as well. As this is the first time i had heard about it, i tried to ask questions. Can you provide me an example of what i have said or done that was disrespectful? What if my husband brings our child from now on? Is it just you or can my child see others here? I was told they couldnt see any of the pediatrics there and even having my husband bring them wouldnt change things. I was not provided any specific examples of what i had done wrong that was so disrespectful they refused to see my child anymore. I asked to speak with a supervisor to understand the concerns. Again i havent been there in over a year and this is rhe first time anyone has mentioned an issue. The supervisor refused to talk to me, but when the doctor came back she said she could see my child but that she was documenting the issue and i would receive a write up. Still confused as to why a general comment on healthcare and asking why they dont look at my picture in their system is concidered disrespectful. After reading some of theses other comment.. i believe there is more issues being these ratings that just the concerns posted here.

Until this appointment, I have NEVER filed any kind of a formal complaint against a medical professional (and there have been a couple times that I thought about it). After my appointment with Dr. Scarr, I went straight home and made a complaint through The Everett Clinic's customer service website. More concerning to me than his general lack of respect and professionalism were the following: 1. He did no more than make a cursory glance at the medical history I had just provided to the assistant before jumping to several (incorrect) conclusions about why I was there and how he wanted to treat me. 2. He made multiple out of date, incorrect, and potentially dangerous statements about the treatment of Hashimoto's thyroiditis (a specific autoimmune thyroid disease). And made some rude remarks about my concerns being cosmetic in nature rather than truly medical. 3. He doesn't understand depression and the need for pharmaceutical treatment. Period. And he is insensitive when discussing it. I left in tears and absolutely furious. Most telling to me was that when I scheduled a follow-up appointment with a different doctor the receptionist didn't bat an eye and signed me right up with a primary care physician that hadn't been accepting new patients when I called three days before.

He said he knows nothing about the ear but he tried to treat it anyway. He wasted lots of precious time. THere is only so much time to treat a hearing loss before it gets worse.. HE didn't put me on prednisone which should have been the first course of action, He didn't take anything about me seriously. I don['t think he likes disabled clients. I may have had more hearing if he would have referred me to a specialist. He had no business treaing a hearing loss when he said he know nothing aboutt it. He always ran into the room and ran right back out after just a few miinues.

My family's physical exam schedule has been delayed, which has caused major difficulties with the I-485 schedule. I had to travel twice from Bellevue to Lynnwood for urine and blood tests, even though I had normal samples taken. They got mad at us for calling the business line when we called to check and complain to review the two mistakes. If they had done it right, they wouldn't have called. The service spirit of the staff is terrible and when I first asked for the cost, they gave me the wrong price, so I had to pay more. At first, when he strongly protested that he would not apologize, he said that he would at best apologize and compensate, but he refused because he made questionable compensation in good faith. They are not experts and do not deserve star ratings. If someone mentions Chu Clinic, I won't hesitate to vote. They don't even reflect. Hospitals are also a type of service, but it seems to have become a habit for a long time.

Her practice is small but she knows her patients by name and remembers you and your history. I don't feel like a number when I go to see her and I trust her in every way to keep me healthy when I have concerns. She is what I consider a real Doctor because if you are super sick she does make house calls. She also is my GrandMothers Doctor and well if you want a Doctor who doesn't rush you and is there to assist you in anyway I recommend Dr. Randall 100%! She is very understanding and helpful! Never a long wait in the office and the office ladies Roxanne and Elizabeth are both very pleasant and easy going. I am greatful I have her as my Doctor!!!

Her clinic is run a bit differently then what you are used too (in a good way) as she has this cool set up where you pay a flat (monthly) fee and can see her as many times as you need. She has other options but that is how most of her patients do it. As I was finally sitting down to complete the paperwork prior to the deadline while in between feeds I received yet another reminder call. I explained my situation to the lady that called me and she had very little empathy.
