My first visit was with Dr Olivo who blew off all my symptoms and brain Injury to saying I needed a neuropsych test -- I've had 3 already . So I did the test and he proceeds to say I need medication for my tremors and eyelid closure . I hope immediately booked an appointment with his wife Dr Fuentes when I left cause she's a movement disorder specialist . tShe disagreed with Dr Olivos diagnosis and did injections for blepharospasm that's she diagnosed me with so my eyes would open . On my next visit and after one dose ... she suddenly changed her mind and was not willing to give them to me anymore injections to my eyes because " I didn't respond the way she wanted me to " news flash sweetheart not everyone with a brain injury responds to medication the same way .!! Her and dr Olivo both consistently preach some program for neuro cognitive bio feed back psychology junk . Completely ignoring the physiological evidence of my test results that very plainly show I have trauma In every lobe of my brain and and carbon monoxide poisoning to my brain and damage to my basal ganglia which causes tremors and nerve issues& yet that doesn't matter to them . They are ignorant physicians who are too lazy and don't want to help people like me . Someone who has been In multiple road side bomb incidents in Iraq and knocked unconscious .. the evidence is there ! Haven't. I suffered enough ? But Because my case is too complex she just discharged me and said don't come back unless your seizures change . I PERSONALLY THINK THAT SHE DISCHARGED ME CAUSE OF HER HUSBAD DR OLIVO AND THAT SHE DISAGREED WITH HIS DIAGNOSIS AND SHE EMBARRASSED HIM and wounded his giant EGO ! Meanwhile nerve damage to my eyes has kept my eyes closed for 9 months now . And she won't continue injections to my eyelids so they can open even though I responded to the medication. And had my eyes stay open for like 20 days . She shrugged her shoulders and said this is psychological . Give me a break ! Quit ignoring the test results ! !!! And where did they hire that medical assistant ? I couldn't even understand what she was talking about ? She's rambling on and on like a meth head . Not only did the medical assist lose my Disc of medical records that I sent in , when I asked her about them back she argued with me in the lobby and kept cutting me off loudly saying " NNNOOO I gave them back to you !" I finally just walked out no sense in arguing with someone like that . The only nice person was the receptionist up front ! She tried hiding results from us, the family, and I will never recommend this facility. The first dementia test that was administered was compromised by technical difficulties and should be been restarted. Dulanto decided to accept the results from the compromised exam and we had to fight to get another exam to be readministered. She constantly interrupts her patients, and their families not letting them speak which is a huge matter of respect. Dealing with Dementia testing is a sensitive and the concerns of the patient and family should be addressed first and foremost. Not ignored, interrupted and spoken over. During the second 'scientific' exam called a Moca Test. She made a very disrepectful comment about my father having 'only been to high school'. Why it seems like nothing while reading it in a review, the tone and the conduct was completely unprofessional. When we brought my father in to have the Moca test done, he was taken to an exam room where the test was administered and then he was told to leave. We were not given results. He had to speak up and fight to see the results. They didnt need time to be processed as they had them all written out. There was no reason, that she or her staff couldnt have had had us wait and given us the results right there and then without us having to speak up. Do not come here. Do not see Sylvana Dulanto.

They were attentive, compassionate, and made sure he was closely monitored throughout his stay. Because his condition wasn't typical, they took every precaution to ensure he received the right treatment and was safe before being discharged. One thing that really stood out was how thorough the team was. They reached out to his endocrinologist, kept them informed, and worked together to make sure the proper steps were taken for his care. Knowing they were collaborating with his specialist gave me so much confidence that my son was receiving the best possible treatment. Although we were there for over 10 hours, I understood that the time was necessary to carefully monitor his condition. Throughout our visit, the doctors, nurses, and staff communicated clearly, explaining his condition, the tests they were performing, and what they were watching for. They never made us feel forgotten and always kept us informed. The staff also made sure my son was comfortable throughout the day by providing snacks, drinks, lunch, and even diapers and wipes so he had everything he needed while they continued to monitor him. Those thoughtful touches meant so much and showed how much they genuinely cared about his comfort and well-being. They had us sitting and waiting for a few hours. This last time I came by ambulance with my kid after a motor vehicle accident. I kept refusing treatment and said multiple times that I didn't need medical attention. I was never brought back, did not have any tests done, was not seen by anyone, yet I magically received a $2k bill from the attending doctor that evening. All I did was sit in the waiting room waiting for my kid for 5 hours, yet they "discharged" me with bogus brochures on what to do after a car accident. They didn't even submit it through my insurance and do you know why? Because I was never a patient on that day and did not fill out any paperwork nor get checked in with my info. Guess who else got a $2k bill? My kid. The one who was seen by the doctor, received scans and treatment. I'm going to let my attorney take care of it which they are advising to contest the bill, there are a bunch of crooks here! Don't come here if you can avoid it less you want to be saddled with a bill for services supposedly rendered that you didn't even receive!

Flu shot clinic review…read more I had an appointment for both of my boys to get the flu shot. I made the appointment at this location because all of the other locations didn't have available appointments until after Saturday the 12th, so this appointment was on the 5th. I decided to make it because as you all know...it takes the flu shot 2 weeks to become active. So...the sooner, the better. The app sent me the address to this location. note* It stated suite 111... but it is actually suite 107 (pediatric partners). We did not have to wait at all, the receptionist were all wonderful. They were very friendly and very kind to my children. We saw the RN, she is the one administering the flu shot. She made both my boys feel very comfortable and she joked with them.... just like that; before they even knew it, they had already gotten the flu shot. We were in and out in less than 10 minutes.

I really like the dentist I see. She and the assistants make me feel comfortable and they seem non judgemental. I have the nastiest teeth for a 32 year old. Tsk tsk on me. The substance abuse counselor, Mr. Felix was such a breath of fresh air. He went at my pace and we set realistic goals for my road to recovery. I will always choose their services over anyone else's except I'm in a program which means I have to see my program's psychiatrist only. Very good people and professional :)
