Id do a 1/2 star rating if I could . Her and Dr. Olivo are extremely arrogant and condescending…read morepeople who think their S%#+ don't stink and they lack compassion. . I't was very hurtful to be treated like crap . Especially coming from someone who took an oath to help people through their medical knowledge .. then turn around and treat you like crap is just so rude . My first visit was with Dr Olivo who blew off all my symptoms and brain Injury to saying I needed a neuropsych test -- I've had 3 already . So I did the test and he proceeds to say I need medication for my tremors and eyelid closure . I hope immediately booked an appointment with his wife Dr Fuentes when I left cause she's a movement disorder specialist . tShe disagreed with Dr Olivos diagnosis and did injections for blepharospasm that's she diagnosed me with so my eyes would open . On my next visit and after one dose ... she suddenly changed her mind and was not willing to give them to me anymore injections to my eyes because " I didn't respond the way she wanted me to " news flash sweetheart not everyone with a brain injury responds to medication the same way .!! Her and dr Olivo both consistently preach some program for neuro cognitive bio feed back psychology junk . Completely ignoring the physiological evidence of my test results that very plainly show I have trauma In every lobe of my brain and and carbon monoxide poisoning to my brain and damage to my basal ganglia which causes tremors and nerve issues& yet that doesn't matter to them . They are ignorant physicians who are too lazy and don't want to help people like me . Someone who has been In multiple road side bomb incidents in Iraq and knocked unconscious .. the evidence is there ! Haven't. I suffered enough ? But Because my case is too complex she just discharged me and said don't come back unless your seizures change . I PERSONALLY THINK THAT SHE DISCHARGED ME CAUSE OF HER HUSBAD DR OLIVO AND THAT SHE DISAGREED WITH HIS DIAGNOSIS AND SHE EMBARRASSED HIM and wounded his giant EGO ! Meanwhile nerve damage to my eyes has kept my eyes closed for 9 months now . And she won't continue injections to my eyelids so they can open even though I responded to the medication. And had my eyes stay open for like 20 days . She shrugged her shoulders and said this is psychological . Give me a break ! Quit ignoring the test results ! !!! And where did they hire that medical assistant ? I couldn't even understand what she was talking about ? She's rambling on and on like a meth head . Not only did the medical assist lose my Disc of medical records that I sent in , when I asked her about them back she argued with me in the lobby and kept cutting me off loudly saying " NNNOOO I gave them back to you !" I finally just walked out no sense in arguing with someone like that . The only nice person was the receptionist up front ! My advice --- go elsewhere ! find a neurologist who has a HEART and shows you some COMPASSION with a good Bed side manner ! RANT OVER

He's experienced and tries to find the best treatments for each patient with the benefit and interests of his patients in mind. The clinic is clean and has a handful of rooms for exams and visits. The clinic isn't big but it's efficiently used. The clinic provides primary physician and family medical services. Every time I need lab work or a check-up the staff tries to get me in as soon as possible! The medical assistant was very helpful in providing me coupons from GoodRX on a medication that was not covered by my insurance. I saved A LOT of money! The clinic is located on the 3rd floor of a large building located to the left of City Hall. I usually have to fill out paperwork every time I visit so I would recommend arriving 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment.

A week later, I decided to give them another call and managed to schedule an appointment for 4/17. While I was there another patient made a comment to the receptionist that she called and left a message too but no one had called her back. I should have gotten the hint.....On 4/18, after my appointment I realized that I didn't have any more refills on my blood pressure medication so I called again and left another message to see what they suggest I do. I was willing to schedule another appointment or get lab work done, whatever they needed. It's 5/7 and no one has called me back. I ended up doing a virtual visit with my old doctor and have decided to keep seeing my old doctor virtually instead of using them again.

She tried hiding results from us, the family, and I will never recommend this facility. The first dementia test that was administered was compromised by technical difficulties and should be been restarted. Dulanto decided to accept the results from the compromised exam and we had to fight to get another exam to be readministered. She constantly interrupts her patients, and their families not letting them speak which is a huge matter of respect. Dealing with Dementia testing is a sensitive and the concerns of the patient and family should be addressed first and foremost. Not ignored, interrupted and spoken over. During the second 'scientific' exam called a Moca Test. She made a very disrepectful comment about my father having 'only been to high school'. Why it seems like nothing while reading it in a review, the tone and the conduct was completely unprofessional. When we brought my father in to have the Moca test done, he was taken to an exam room where the test was administered and then he was told to leave. We were not given results. He had to speak up and fight to see the results. They didnt need time to be processed as they had them all written out. There was no reason, that she or her staff couldnt have had had us wait and given us the results right there and then without us having to speak up. Do not come here. Do not see Sylvana Dulanto.

EXCEPTIONAL CARE - TRUE ANGELS ON THE 3RD & 4TH FLOORS…read more I cannot say enough incredible things about the care my grandmother received at Loma Linda Medical Center - Murrieta during an incredibly difficult time for our family. 3rd Floor - Day Shift | 2/2/26 A heartfelt thank you to Grace, RN and Nilo, PCA, who exemplify what compassionate, patient-centered care truly looks like. From the moment I arrived, it was clear my grandmother was in the hands of absolute professionals who genuinely care. Grace is the kind of nurse every hospital should strive to clone--knowledgeable, calm, attentive, compassionate, and incredibly thorough. She took the time to explain everything clearly, answered every question with patience, and treated my grandmother with dignity, warmth, and respect at all times. Her bedside manner is truly exceptional. Nilo was equally outstanding. She went above and beyond in every way--attentive, kind, gentle, and always one step ahead of what my grandmother needed. She treated her like family, not just a patient, and that meant everything to us. Her compassion, professionalism, and work ethic did not go unnoticed. Together, Grace and Nilo made an incredibly stressful hospital experience feel safe, human, and comforting. They were attentive without being rushed, professional without being cold, and compassionate in a way that simply can't be taught--it's who they are. 4th Floor | 2/6/26 I also want to recognize Kristina, RN and Ivy, PCA for the exceptional care they provided when my grandmother was transferred to the 4th floor. They were fully aware of the very difficult situation we had been going through, and from the moment they stepped in, they brought compassion, professionalism, and genuine kindness. Kristina was attentive, communicative, and reassuring--ensuring my grandmother's needs were addressed promptly and explaining everything clearly, which meant the world to our family during such a stressful time. Ivy was just as amazing--always gentle, patient, and attentive, treating my grandmother with dignity and care at every interaction. In the middle of what has honestly been a nightmare, these four caregivers were a bright light. Their empathy, dedication, and humanity did not go unnoticed. If leadership reads this, please know that Grace, Nilo, Kristina, and Ivy are true assets to your hospital and deserve recognition. Because of them, my grandmother received not just medical care, but genuine kindness, patience, and respect--and that makes all the difference. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

Do not be fooled by the gleaming exterior, the polished lobby, or the soft-focus religious…read moremessaging that permeates the campus. Loma Linda Hospital trades heavily on its legacy and branding, but once you move past the façade, what you encounter is a system startlingly out of step with modern medical standards. The protocols feel outdated, the equipment feels dated, and the bedside manner if one can even call it that often borders on indifferent. Many other reviewers have noted the same pattern: long stretches of neglect, staff who seem inconvenienced by the presence of patients, and a pervasive sense that efficiency and compassion are optional add-ons rather than core values. My experience aligned with those concerns far too closely. One of the most telling examples is their approach to patient comfort. In 2026, most reputable hospitals use variable-pressure, inflatable beds designed to prevent pressure sores and reduce pain. Loma Linda, astonishingly, does not. Instead, they wedge rigid, diamond-shaped foam blocks under patients' backs devices that feel more like medieval orthopedic experiments than modern medical supports. Numerous reviewers have complained about this exact issue, and it's not hard to understand why. It's painful, unnecessary, and emblematic of a facility that has not kept pace with basic patient-care standards. What's worse is the attitude that accompanies it. Patients are often treated as burdens rather than human beings in distress. Several reviewers describe being ignored for hours, spoken to curtly, or dismissed outright when expressing discomfort. That was my experience as well: a sense that the staff had grown numb to suffering, or simply stopped caring about it. Loma Linda's reputation may rest on decades of history and a veneer of moral authority, but reputation cannot substitute for empathy, modern equipment, or competent patient-centered care. Eventually, every one of us will face a moment of vulnerability in a hospital bed. One can only hope that by then, the people running this institution will have rediscovered the basic humanity that seems to have slipped through the cracks.
