Yesterday morning first thing Boden tech showed up, quickly diagnosed the issue and let us know he'd do everything possible to get the replacement part asap. I thought asap would mean a few days, BUT he took the time during a very busy day to find what we needed from a distributor that had just one left, had it overnighted and came back today to install the new fan motor. I know very little about HVAC as this is my husband's domain (he couldn't be here) and everything that was being done was explained with patience and professionalism. I can't say enough about Robert, he was very personable, knowledgeable and professional. Within 30 minutes he had the line cleared and his equipment cleaned up.
