I found Jen on Yelp and liked her work so I reached out and she came to my rescue! Communication was easy and she intuitively understood that I needed my highlights custom toned to a hue that flattered my skin tone. And she delivered! This is a woman with that rare combination of serious skills and a humble heart. I felt so validated after my awful experience at the other salon! She also gave me a fresh textured haircut because, despite having my hair cut at the other salon just two months ago, my hair was heavy and had no layers. I only wish I'd found Jen sooner! If you're looking for someone who truly understands high-end custom color, toner and highlights like you would find in LA --I highly recommend Jennifer Griffiths. I was really nervous about adding some color to my hair while maintaining the integrity of my hair. She made sure I left her chair with my hair feeling even more silky then when I initially walked in. I love that she agreed with me about having a "low maintenance" hair style because not everyone has a luxury to go into the salon every 3 months. I got my hair done a few months ago and it still looks fresh!!! She's really awesome in taking a look at my Inspo pictures and making it a reality! Would recommend her for anyone who's looking to get their hair done by a rad chick!

Lovely space with tons of natural light, a genuine welcome from the front desk gal, an exactly-on-time appointment, and great color. I'm a recent transplant, and am so happy to have found my first local self-care service! My stylist, LAUREN MOSLEY, is simply fantastic. As a blonde, it can be especially difficult communicating in the same language as your stylist regarding tone and color (it's always smart to bring photo reference!), but Lauren asked all the right questions, made sure she was clear in her understanding of what I wanted, and even gave me an estimated price before beginning. Not only all that, but she's a really calm, warm, and kind human being and a pleasure to chat with. I was not her only client during my appointment, but she juggled perfectly and I was never waiting for her to "come back". She humorously called it doing "hair traffic control". Yes, like all salons these days, they do try to up-sell additional services/products, but of course that's how they make extra money. Just say no thanks if you're not interested.

I just moved here from Phoenix and my hair was a mess in this humidity. I knew something had to be done! I set up an appointment with Ari for a hair cut and dye. She explained the process she was going to do and discussed how my hair should be straightened/curled for the look I was going for. In no time I had beautifully colored and 7 inches shorter hair! Ari is an absolutely amazing individual and a wonderful hair stylist. I can't wait for my next appointment!!!! Pros: Um...everything. It was awesome!
