Two weeks later I began to doubt the cap was replaced. I got a neighbor to climb to the second floor roof and then check the chimney to realize the work was not complete and he did not replace the cap. I tried to call him and he didn't answer. I sent him a text. He stated " I have to pick up the cap" I will be completing soon, I have not forgotten it. He has not completed the work. He hasn't answered his texts, his calls go to voicemail. Seriously. You'd think that seeing greenery on the floor of the garden and seeing tan stone squares on the floor makes it rather easy to distinguish which are pavers. It's remarkable -- see the pics of their emails for details. Initially, I hired them to remove the wrong tile sealant that another company used. They removed the sealant but in the process, their chemicals got into the pool and the pool needed to be drained and the walls were scrubbed before the chemicals were added to set up the pool. The bushes and plants around the property edge were also impacted - we lost several because of the chemicals they used. (Please see the pics that I texted them when this happened.) Initially, I put my reviews in the wrong "Perfect Paver" company and want to be sure to post this where it belongs - with this company out of Ohio, who serves our area and has a nearest office in Palm Beach Gardens. He was able to install a double oven and most importantly correct every cabinet that was installed incorrectly which was all of them. You will need to be present for all of their work. They WILL cut corners if you're not hawk eyed correcting what they are doing. They will also overcharge for "dumping" and removing a root my wife already mostly removed. They were never authorized to remove the root for $475 when my landscaper said it should only cost $200, I only asked how much they would charge IF my landscaper couldn't do it, I never gave them the final OK, they just ASSUMED. Also EMILIO will charge you for a tiny bit extra concrete, they say it was 2 yards, I know for a fact CEMEX didn't charge them for an extra 2 yards.. EMILIO is rarely on site and doesn't understand that drawings can be wrong, the driveway has to lineup with the joints or it looks stupid, and the curve should look right (not according to a stupid plan) but they don't really care, it's not their driveway... anyway. 2 stars for at least completing the job on time, mostly to spec after many corrections. don't believe anything they respond here.
