His attempt to repair the problem made it worse, since he overtightened the through bolts that attach the gutter to the manufactured wood beam. Now the beam is starting to deform, and once they left the job MAP has completely ghosted me. They refuse to answer or return my calls. I would not recommend them for any reason at this point. In my experience, their subs will mess up the job and they won't stand behind it.

Well this should tell you something right that maybe your prices are a little out of line? Further your lack of details in your quote and when questioned your lack of follow through was an issue. I think you need to understand this is our home and details for remodeling work are important right? And your not wanting to provide your proof of insurance was a little a little concerning. The timing of the renovation could not have been worse than during the pandemic. We had to wait 6 months to receive our building permit. Supply chain issues added to the delay of completion however the end result was so worth it. The whole condo from the flooring , the quality of the custom cabinets in the kitchen, the exceptional tile work and countertops turned our dated condo into a stunning unit that we are proud to live in and enjoy. Horacio (Vince) is very responsive and professional and a joy to work with. I would highly recommend InSynergy to friends and family for any scope of work to be performed. I spoke with Rob and he came out immediately and could see what a mess I was dealing with. He was able to install a double oven and most importantly correct every cabinet that was installed incorrectly which was all of them. He was there with his assistant for hours worked with a positive attitude and never stopped. Before he left, he was kind enough to install some blinds that I had no one to help me with. Gorgeous work. Fantastic customer service…read more What more can be said about Triple M Brick? They are the best brick and paver company in Palm Beach County. From the bid to the finish, they excel in every aspect of the work. I contacted Triple M for a quote in 2019. After having to wait more than a year to get my finances together to start the job, inflation started to kick in and the price went up tremendously. John, one of the owners, worked with me to get the price under control for the job - nearly 2000 square feet of Ivory Travertine in a French pattern around my pool. John actually let me know when the travertine was on sale so I could even save more. Everything about this crew is professional. I am very happy to have worked with them and would enthusiastically recommend them to anyone else looking for quality work at a reasonable price in Palm Beach and Martin counties.

The work they completed exceeded the dimensions approved by both my HOA and the City of Riviera Beach, leaving me with a serious issue that should never have happened in the first place. When I contacted the company" John Fidanza" by text message, phone call, email to address the problem, they promised they would come back and fix it. Unfortunately, those promises turned out to be empty, moreover i called Cari Molina Office Manager many times and she never picked up the phone. I have spent over a month contacting them through text messages, trying to get them to honor their word, but they have failed to resolve the issue. A professional company should stand behind its work, take responsibility for its mistakes, and communicate honestly with its customers. Instead, I have been left frustrated, disappointed, and stuck dealing with a problem that should have been handled properly from the beginning. I would not recommend this company to anyone. If you are considering hiring them, make sure you understand exactly what work will be performed and that it complies with all HOA and city approvals. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to think twice before doing business with this company. Poor accountability, broken promises, and unacceptable customer service.

JEFFERY IS NOT A LICENSCED CONTRACTOR. PLEASE CHECK THE LICENSE # BEFORE HIRING HIM. I hired H T…read moreConstruction to install luxury vinyl plank flooring in my foyer, living room and dining room area. Jeffery came to my home and installed my vinyl flooring. The floor cracks when I walk on it and the planks are not properly locked together. Also, when I walk on the floor, I stump my toes because the floor is so poorly installed the ridges from where they are supposed to join are raised off the floor. I tried to resolve these issues with Jeffery with no resolution. Jeffery was rude and constantly talked over me and made it clear that I did not know how a floor should look, and I did not know what I was talking about even though I have laminated flooring in other parts of my home. Jeffery also told me he installed a FLOATING FLOOR. FLOATING FLOORS DO NOT LOOK LIKE THIS, MY FLOOR. It would not take a professional contractor to look at my floor and know it was installed poorly. My advice is run do not walk away from H T Construction. All of the hype you see on their website; not true. They will take your money and not do the work correctly. Also let me add I requested a breakdown of my PAID invoice and have not received that as of this date 07/27/2024. The room painting was done poorly; painted the air conditioning thermostat and vent, window chain used to open and close the verticals. Did not tape off anything just painted. I was also charged for an electrician that never came to replace and check my electrical outlets. Two floor installers showed up to do the floor installation; one was a young man who looked like he was still in high school and did not have any idea of how to install flooring. Jeffery told me maybe the flooring was defective. When I questioned him if the floor was defective, he should have seen that as the floor was being installed and not installed the flooring and I could have retuned the flooring. This was another attempt to shift the blame for the poorly installed flooring to something or someone else. H T CONSTRUCTION & RENOVATIONS INC
