Martin is all business and no BS. He cuts to the chase about what he is able to do and warranty…read more All the other roofers wanted to tear up and replace the whole roof, including shingles portion, at a significant price point, but Martin was able to work with just the flat roof portion. For best protection, and seeing as how several have tried to patch, he recommended a torch down of a new layer. We've only had a little bit of rain since he did that (super punctual early bird for 2 days) but I have not seen any additional leaks so far. While he was up there, he noticed that our skylight flashing was also compromised (which we already knew from home inspections but most roofers said it was still ok). But I'd rather not have the anxiety of that hanging over my head and since he was reasonable and efficient (most roofers have months long waits), I would wanted him to do the repair there too. The repair must have been more complicated than he thought (he said the previous work was 'weird') because he spent a half day up there, but I'm glad he took his time to do it right. The peace of mind since then has been invaluable as I was losing sleep and my temper over each and every rain. Anyway, in the end, due to the nature of the crappy bitumen from our old flat roof, there were bits everywhere in our yard, but I honestly expected that no matter who was working on it. His 1. Price, 2. Quality, and 3. Short wait time (YMMV) was 10000% deserving of 5 stars

I called yesterday and asked if someone could come to my two-story house in Redondo Beach. Martin…read moresaid that he had a job in the area and that he would call me when he could. This morning, Martin called as promised and came by within 30 minutes. He climbed up to the roof and found the 8 cracked tiles that were broken during the termite tenting we did several months ago. Within an hour Martin had gone to supply depot, picked up the replacement tiles and repaired as he promised. And the cost was very reasonable, given the quick response. I had been making calls to multiple roofers in the area and was getting replies that they were all booked out thru October and November. Martin exceeded my expectations and my family and I can go into the next rainy season feeling better about the potential for leaks.

While other companies took a while to respond to my quote request, Jonathon, the owner of Blue Diamond, responded to my email within hours and scheduled a visit to my house the next morning. Scheduling the cleaning was also super easy and the job they did on my home was spectacular. My home has never been pressure washed, and it definitely showed. Blue Diamond made it look like new again. I will try to upload photos! I plan on subscribing to their monthly service, which is also comfortably priced. If you're shopping for pressure washing, don't bother clipping coupons... I highly recommend Blue Diamond.

Dennis Jones was the salesman. He was honest and always available throughout the process. The crew arrived at 7:45 am and worked until around 4 p.m. This took place starting the Tuesday before Memorial weekend. With our permission, they worked Saturday and Memorial Day. By Tuesday the entire job was complete. Everyone that worked on the project was polite and recognized that this was our home and wanted the job to be successful. They asked us when any question came up and made suggestions. For all the painting that was done, they were very neat. Didn't leave any mess. When we did call Dennis with a few punch list items, he sent someone out the next day. All the paint finishes are beautiful, especially my kitchen cabinets. I want to thank them for caring to do such a nice job. I would recommend Premium Painters to anyone.

My advice: stay far away from Nathan Hinz and A to Z Pressure Cleaning…read more Here's why: We contacted Nathan Hinz, owner of A to Z Pressure Cleaning, to clean our roof. Before the cleaning, he came over to discuss my concerns about protecting our landscaping. During this conversation, he conveniently forgot to mention that he uses bleach for roof cleaning. As the cleaning started, we quickly realized something was off--our eyes began itching, and the strong bleach smell was unmistakable. That same evening, my husband came home with bleach stains on his shirt, which had landed on him earlier that day as he left our. Then came the real damage: our plants, flowers, and grass were bleached and soon died. Our outdoor furniture got bleached. We called Nathan back to evaluate the damage, and he offered to cover the landscaping costs. Unfortunately, the issues didn't stop there. About a week later, we noticed the bleach had stripped the paint from every side of our house. When we called Nathan again, asking him to activate his insurance to address the damage, he told me he didn't want to deal with me anymore. At that point, I told him he'd hear from my attorney. A claims adjuster eventually contacted us, only for us to learn that Nathan's insurance didn't cover him because he was using bleach inappropriately. I decided to take Nathan Hinz to court, but he tried to dodge accountability by changing his address to a PO box. I discovered this myself and then hired someone to serve him. That's where things currently stand. So, if you're asking me whether I'd recommend Nathan Hinz or his company, A to Z Pressure Cleaning, the answer is an emphatic NO. He lacks basic knowledge of his trade, doesn't care about people's property, and hides when things go wrong. His behavior speaks volumes. Nathan, why don't you show your face in court? Let karma do its job. My advice: stay far away from Nathan Hinz and A to Z Pressure Cleaning
