Understanding the circumstance, but also willing to wait for the right team, I responded and asked the business to let me know if that changed in the future, as we have several projects in our home and are hoping to bring the same team aboard for all of them. I then received the attached response offering a completely different explanation than before. Rather than acting with integrity, the business elected to tell a lie, as the project was likely not lucrative enough for them. I made no reference to my budget, but the business assumed I would not be interested in paying their prices. I would like to offer a two-star rating, though, as the communication was quite prompt.

Unlike other contractors who bid on the same job, Trinity carefully examined the issue to understand possible root causes, and then talked me through exactly what they would do and why it would prevent the issue from returning. Trinity's bid wasn't the cheapest, but their reputation and communication made me much more confident in the investment, and I'm glad I chose them over the cheaper options. I highly value communication in a job like this, and Adrian exceeded all my expectations. He talked me through all the options, and shared regular updates about the start date and what to expect. Alex had his guys out to replace my concrete driveway in no time, and got the entire project done…read morein less than a day, with high quality materials. Alex is one of the most professional contractors I've ever worked with -- very kind and courteous, prices work fairly, and is willing to negotiate if push comes to shove. During the install, his team accidentally screwed up a couple sprinklers that are right next to the driveway, but once I let Alex know, he and another employee came out and fixed it right away, free of charge. They do irrigation too, so it was an easy decision. A few weeks later, I had him come out and apply a clear seal to the driveway to prep for winter. The entire process was painless and it looks great! Hopefully this will hold up for many years and winters to come! Thanks for everything, and looking forward to working with you again.
