I did enjoy going to his office when I was younger and actually had braces. I had 3 sets of braces from Dr.Whitehead. I always wore my retainer but he had put them on me wayyy too young so my teeth weren't done moving even after they were taken off. I needed to get my permanent retainer fixed once in college and went to a local orthodontist who fixed it for free even though I wasn't his patient. Recently I went back to WO to have it fixed again and he was the most callous rude person I have encountered in a while. Did not speak to me even though my parents put thousands of dollars into my smile at his direction, started sanding the cement from the back of my teeth very carelessly to the extent I started crying and he didn't say a word to me.
