Trish is amazing, Amanda is wonderful, and I have always felt genuinely cared for whenever I'm there. One of the things I respect most about Dr. Bitar is that he will NOT upsell you. In fact, he has turned me down multiple times when I've asked whether I needed a procedure or additional filler. A less ethical injector or surgeon could have easily taken my money and said yes, but Dr. Bitar has told me no when he genuinely did not think something would benefit me. That kind of honesty is rare, and after knowing him since 2011, I can say it is completely consistent with his character. I originally came to him wanting a very specific type of nose, and instead of simply agreeing with me, he patiently explained why that nose would not necessarily work with my other facial features. He took the time to explain proportions, balance, and what would actually suit my face. I'm so glad I listened to him. Years later, I trusted him with my breast surgery as well, and I have been incredibly happy with the result. I feel so much more comfortable and confident in swimwear now. I've also had Botox and fillers done through the practice, and the work has consistently been precise and beautiful, with no complications. When it comes to injectables, knowing anatomy matters tremendously. Please do not choose someone simply because they are offering the cheapest price. This is your face and your body. Day of surgery dr bitar completely treated my partner like he was invisible to the point my partner didn't come to post op appointments with me. Two weeks post op I knew I was botched I'm not even joking. Matter of fact I knew something was wrong when I got off the table and had no cleavage right upon waking up after surgery. They took the tape off at two weeks and i knew my surgery was botched. It shifted right to my armpit. I couldn't put my arm down. I have shooting nerve pain all around my side and back and couldn't sleep for months. My boobs are flat and go to my side when I lay down. It doesn't even look like I have a boob job how malpositioned he placed them. He kept gaslighting me saying it's just swelling it will go down , then it was oh it's how my chest is shaped and that's naturally where they sit , then I kept bugging because I'm in pain and can't workout without a tit being in my armpit and he said I have to wait a year to get a revision that he would also be charging me for another cost when he botched me. On top of almost eleven thousand dollars. He also had the nerve to say how he does thousands of surgeries and he never has complaints and he was getting snappy saying that I'm unhappy and he is the best surgeon. Like drop the ego you botched a young girl and don't want to take responsibility. Embarrassing. Everyday people ask me why I paid for this and say how far apart they are and how this is not normal. Other surgeons questioned if he was even board certified or even a real doctor at all they were so horrified. The scars are so deep and keloided when he insisted on going through my armpit because he'd leave no scar. Then told me to revise them he'd make a new cut under the breast. No thanks you already have me looking like a Texas chainsaw victim. Whereas the doctor I wound up choosing to do my ICL surgery spent an hour with me one-on-one, discussing the surgery and answering all of my questions, Dr. Baldinger's office policy is to give you a portable DVD player and have you sit down and watch a video on the surgery that is produced by the manufacturer of the ICL lens, Visian. There were many people there with me, watching videos on other types of procedures. I wasn't very impressed. He seemed like a nice man, but I wouldn't go back to him or his practice because I felt like a number. (And if anything, I shouldn't be - this surgery costs double what LASIK does, and insurance pays for none of it. So I'm a nice big check for him.)
