We had a heart-to-heart discussion and he told me it was time to take action. So it began, 10 months of treatment procedures, and all kinds of handholding and Support. Dr. Coombs is not only a very gifted and talented dentist, but he is one of the kindest and most compassionate dental providers you could ever meet. He and his wife, Dr. Brewer are the perfect team, if it's possible to have enjoyable dentistry, believe me they make it like that. Their Staff is amazing my hygienist Gina Spence has been cleaning my teeth for 23 years, that's how long I have been with this practice, finally, I have completed the process and now I just have a few adjustments, but my teeth are gorgeous. I had 2 bad experiences with Dr Kiggins first his assistant made a mistake with a temporary crown…read morethey had put it they had to call me back remove the crown remove some string or packing and then replace the crown. The dentist was not even present and the assistant did this work, I was very uncomfortable with this procedure. Second Dr Kiggins replaced the permanent crown with a crown that needed several adjustments as it did not fit right. He used his grinder on a few occasions trying to adjust the bite. It never fit correctly and did not feel right, upon consulting with another dentist it turned out that the tooth root was found to be cracked possibly from chewing on a tooth way out of adjustment. Now I have the cost of a dental implant which I have put off for a while as for the cost after already paying Dr Kiggins to replace this crown. Now off to get a dental implant.This was the worst dental experience I have ever had.

Since it was almost 5 p.m., both his dentist and pediatrician were already closed, but Clear Creek was still open. I called, sent over a photo as requested, and was reassured right away. The technician that cleaned my teeth explained what she was doing before she did it. She was kind about checking in with me on how I was doing. At one point she mentioned that if I had headphones I could listen to my own music while she cleaned. I happened to have headphones and it made the experience much more relaxing. Overall, Harmony has considerate techs and friendly dentists. I will be doing my bi-annual visits here from now on.

I had an appointment on January 14 to evaluate what could be done about the crown that fell out. I had an x-ray and a limited oral evaluation. I received a bill today, January 29 for $905. The total cost of the film and evaluation is $58, per their statement They have the audacity to bill me in advance for work I did not receive. Why the hell do they do this? Is it so they can cheat you out of more money? I reluctantly paid $214 to them for a bill I did not owe on a previous statement because again, they billed me in advance of actual services rendered. Their response to any question about padding the bill and overcharging is always , "it's the insurance company". So these corrupt cheating office staff are charging me $905 for walking in the office. One would think I had learned my lesson the first time they charged me $214 dollars and blamed it on the insurance company. Rather than have my 830 credit rating ruined by their corrupt billing practices, I paid the $214. MY NEXT STEP WILL BE SMALL CLAIMS COURT. AND THEY WILL LOSE.
