I've been going to Dr Truhe for about 8 years. I get a cleaning twice a year. I had one filling for a small chip in my tooth.

As an adult who is truly afraid of going to the dentist, I appreciate how comfortable Dr.Truhe and his office staff makes me feel.

As a two-time cancer survivor, I view every new lump, bump or discoloration with alarm. So when I…read morediscovered several oddly colored nodules in my mouth that had sprung up overnight, I was concerned, to say the least. I called my dentist only to find out that he was on vacation for the week. His office referred me to Dr. Brown. I called and was impressed with the friendly professional voice of Brooke on the other end of the line. Despite what must have been a very busy schedule, they squeezed me in on the same day. When I arrived, the office was clean, well-appointed and comfortable. After a very brief wait, I was ushered in by Ingrid who proceeded to take photos of the inside of my mouth. She engaged me in conversation, which helped to calm my nerves. When Dr. Brown came in, he smiled and introduced himself and, after a quick examination, he told me that he thought I had probably bitten my cheek in my sleep and that the nodules were more than likely the result of trauma. He filed and buffed a couple of sharp points on my molars that were probably the culprits, and said he would send the photos and report off to my regular dentist. He smiled, shook my hand, and wished me well. After such compassionate care, you can imagine my surprise when I was told there would be no charge, despite the time spent by he and his staff. What a super nice and kind bunch of people! I would wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Brown to anyone who is seeking a gentle dentist who really cares about his patients!

Kremer Dental is easily one of the friendliest clinics in town. The staff is welcoming, organized,…read moreand always on top of things. I especially appreciate Dr. Sal for fitting me in on such short notice. My front tooth (#9 crown)--originally done elsewhere about ten years ago--had started to loosen and eventually came off. Dr. Sal was kind, thorough, and took the time to explain all my options without any pressure. He genuinely focused on what would be best for both my dental health and my budget, which is something you don't always find. His honesty made it easy to trust his recommendations. They were able to fix my crown the very same day, and the whole experience was smooth and accommodating. I highly recommend Kremer Dental, and if you can, choose Dr. Sal--you won't regret it!

Unless you have a severe deformity in your jaw or your mouth I would not recommend this office. I…read moresaw Dr. Azari briefly to get a referral for the oral surgeon. I paid $174 (out of pocket patient) for the referral & one tooth x-ray for the oral surgeon. I had recently moved to Paradise from Los Angeles and I did not have a dentist. I had searched and this dentist sounded like a very upscale dentist office which felt safe for future appointments, but after arrival and seeing the front office & treatment rooms that looked like something you'd see when going to Disneyland, I was concerned about what their pricing structure might look like for me, LOL, (expensive decorating not seen in the photos). At my appt., Dr. Azari made a "quick" comment, as she fled the room that the tooth next to the bad one had possible decay down by the root and she was gone like that!! I wanted to ask if the oral surgeon would have to remove that tooth along with the bad one...that wasn't going to happen as she was gone. Two weeks later my oral surgeon's office called me & said Kremer Dentistry would have to cut the bridge before he could pull the tooth. Dr. Azari had given me the wrong info told me the oral surgeon would handle the cutting of the bridge. Apparently it's common knowledge oral surgeons don't have dental equipment for that procedure so I had to call back. I have called a couple times and tried to get some answers from the dentist Dr Azari to find out what's going to happen to me when she saws the bridge.... Questions: will my tooth be exposed, will I be in pain, do I rush over to the oral surgeon, etc etc. To this day I can't get any answers unless I pay $349 for an appt. and then talk to the dentist. It's become apparently obvious to me that it's all about money and not about the care.. I do not recommend Kremer Dentistry.

As a MediCal patient I am thankful that I am even afforded dental care. I am a patient of Dr Kim at…read morethe Skyway clinic in Paradise but she doesn't do crowns so I was given a list of four Chico offices to contact for a crown. Three declined me due to being a MediCal recipient. Dr Tatla took my insurance. Dental staff are all very friendly, Dr Tatla not so much. As I waited for my prep for the crown he walked in picked up the silver syringe and tried to put it in my mouth without any numbing prep which scared me and I grabbed the chair and held on as he made me open wide and almost painlessly did a nerve block with just a couple of injections. I told him loudly he scared me but it didn't really hurt. It was very scary because no one ever gave me Novocain like that standing over me as I sat upright not already numb. Anyway it wasn't fun but I do appreciate his accepting me and my crown is beautiful and a perfect match. I don't think I would have gone had I read the reviews first so I'm glad I didn't and it's over. Skyway dental is awesome in case anyone is looking for a MediCal dentist who doesn't do crowns.

I don't want to go back to this dentist. I'm going to find another one. Also, it was very dirty and they don't even answer the phone. It rings and rings forever today. I'm trying trying to call back and I can't get a hold of him. It says this cellular user is not available. What kind of business does that maybe he didn't even pay it phone bill and one of the workers slipped and told me that he didn't even have his credentials to give out prescriptions for pain pills he was just getting it still so I don't even think he's 100% legal. I would not advise going back or even going to this Dentist I'm gonna get back in touch with the gentleman who left a long review. I'm grateful I didn't go for the rest of my work because if it was him, I probably would've ended up getting physical or something because you can't make someone sit in a chair and do you work on them if they don't want it at against the law!
