Been here a few times and they never disappoint. The service is quick and easy ordering, plenty of staff working running around serving and taking orders. The tacos are very packed and stuffed, almost seems overwhelming but they pack a punch with excellent flavors. My always go to order is the " el taco Gobernador" and the clam chowder in the bread bowl. Uff it's to die for, you won't get disappointed. Other than the food the parking has only a few spots up in front so be aware that it does get pretty busy around lunch and dinner time so be prepared to park off the streets if no parking is available. On Wednesday September 17 went to eat at Tito's in playas. I order a shrimp cocktail it had a lot of onions cucumbers very thin slices of avocado and way to much ketchup on top at first I didn't notice that the shrimp was not properly clean when I took off mostly the top part I realized the shrimp was not clean all the shrimps had it's digestive tract. When I notified the waitress Jimena she told me that I should of told her when she brought it to me so she can change it she said she was going to talk to the manager when the manager Noe comes to my table he told me that there was nothing he can do because I already touched it and that he can't take it back because he or the waitress will get charged that I was supposed to tell my waitress when I order it that I wanted it clean I told him that I didn't know that was an option since is my first time asking for shrimp cocktail at Tito's if it was an option they should have it in their menu clean/unclean or the waitress should've told me if I want the cocktail with dirty or clean shrimp but he just kept smirking he said that's the way they do their shrimp they don't clean the shrimp because that's the way it supposed to be eaten in Tito's and he kept repeating himself I told him either give me a clean shrimp cocktail or don't charge me is not like I ate half way is just gross I can't understand why is ok to them to not clean the shrimp the manager Noe kept making smirks I told him why you keep smirking he obviously denied it he was very unprofessional and I was not very sure if he was the manager by the way he talk to me he wanted to convince me that I was on the wrong by not telling my waitress that I wanted clean shrimp I clearly told him am not avoiding to pay I just want you to change it to a clean shrimp cocktail well after him giving me he's little lecture about how that's the way to eat shrimp he brought me "clean shrimp cocktail " as you can see in the picture still has the digestive tract due to the unprofessional customer service made me loose my appetite once I saw the digestive tract again on the "clean shrimp" cocktail I was disgusted and disappointed I just asked for my checked paid and left never again will I go back to any Tito's besides serving dirty shrimp and ZERO customer service the music is to loud Titos also don't show their 1 star reviews on Yelp it won't let you see it but if you go to Google there's a lot of 1 star reviews and very similar to my incident they might remove my review I don't recommend this place unless you like your shrimp with poop. read more

I've been here in previous visits, but haven't posted anything until now. This place doesn't disappoint when it comes to seafood. From cocktails, shrimp tacos , fish tacos and even the 7 mares soup. The chip are homemade. I had the guacamole it's was really tasty. Also had the breaded fish taco and shrimp tacos. The restaurant itself is really nice. If you come during the warm season I would recommend to sit outside they also offer inside seats. Usually when I've been here the waiters and waitresses have been pretty good but today's waiter was a little rude. He brought a shrimp taco that he said someone in our group order which turned out it was a mistake on his part. He ended up taking the taco and bringing what we had originally ordered. Best sea food ever! They have amazing food, whether its tacos, shrimp cocktail, you name it. They have a variety of things on their menu. The always have great customer service. Food usually is ready within a few a minutes 10-15. They are always constantly checking up on you. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends and family. Came here because it was close to where we were staying. The food was really good and prompt. The service was on point. Came back the next morning for the breakfast buffet and was very satisfied. They have an omlett type bar where the ladies are making fresh tortillas or eggs which ever way you want it.
