Mariscos Chihuahua is easily one of the best Mexican seafood spots in town--it's my go-to recommendation for anyone visiting from out of state! Everything I've tried has been consistently delicious. I definitely suggest ordering the camarones culichi or camarones rellenos!

My son and I had lunch here last week and it was a nice experience. Our waitress was friendly and brought out chips and crackers. The salsa was spicy and flavorful. We ordered the Camarones al Mojo de Ajo (Shrimp sautéed in house spices with chopped garlic served with french fries, rice and house salad) and the Camarones Rancheros (Shrimp braised with tomatoes, onions, and green peppers served with french fries, rice and house salad). Both dishes were flavorful. I would come here again.

Our first seafood Mexican food experience in Tucson and we were blown away! Marisco's is small, a bit worn out, not greatest area of town and in need of a facelift but all the magic is happening in the kitchen! We had the Camarones Rellenos, little morsels of heaven wrapped in bacon and stuffed with cheese! They were the perfect appetizer! Hubby had the Camarones Culichi, a mild dish loaded with cheese and tender perfectly cooked shrimp. I had the Pescado Frito Entero, a fish fried in heaven!! The tender, flaky fish was cut perfectly, seasoned well and presented nicely. Everything was cooked to perfection and wonderfully seasoned. Our server was the sweetest gal, very attentive and kind, we will definitely be back!

Fast and friendly service. Meal was filling and flavorful. Lots of salsa options and seaside decor. Recommend for lunch especially.

I'd never been here before, but a friend and I were over in that area and decided to give it a try for lunch. I was expecting a place where you order at a counter, but it was a regular restaurant, with servers and table service. We started out with complimentary chips and crackers, lime wedges and zippy salsa. I ordered the camerons relleno, which is shrimp stuffed with cheese and wrapped in bacon! Sounds yummy, and it was! It was supposed to come with salad, rice, and French fries. They were happy to substitute more salad and some avocado slices instead of the carbs. I got several shrimp in the order. My friend ordered one of the seafood cocktails, which she enjoyed, saying the shrimp were perfectly cooked and served with a tomato juice and veggies. Our server was friendly and prompt, and gave us some recommendations of popular dishes.

My favorite Mexican seafood spot in Tucson. It's a bit pricey for what I'd like but the portions are massive. Great value

Love love this place.. haven't been in many years but was her a week ago and I'm back.. my tostado ceviche de Camarones es deliciouso (the one shrimp ceviche tostado is plentiful and delicious) and is only $3.75.. the 2 waitresses both remembered me.. they were friendly and helpful.. Lunchtime was jumping but I'm here on Tues @ 4:15 and just a few customers so far.. I'll be going back.. next best thing to being in Rocky Point

If you sit outside you risk the service being terrible. But they have great quality control of their food and even tho they raised prices and don't did something super stupid and get rid of the small size options, I'll be back.

Medium fish. Red snapper.

The food was great. It's nice to get seafood that tastes so good. My husband had the pulpo and I had the shrimp. Loved the wait staff too.

Honestly, I wish I could give Yaquesita a little more, maybe half a star more, because this place definitely has potential. Their flavors are good, but compared to similar restaurants the menu feels a bit overpriced. For a party of three we ended up paying around $100, which felt like a bit much for what we got. The restaurant itself is pretty small with only about 3-4 tables inside, but the patio is a decent size and has a cute vibe. It's actually a nice option on cooler days if you don't mind sitting outside. Some items were better than others. The wet-style burrito was delicious and definitely a highlight. The quesabirrias were good, however the birria felt more like fancier shredded beef. It was missing that rich, spicy, slightly acidic, earthy flavor that usually sets birria apart from barbacoa or traditional shredded beef dishes. The bowl was just okay and had lots of lettuce. It felt more like a salad with a bit of meat, rice, and beans. Honestly, Chipotle does bowls better, and that says a lot considering the price. The nachos were good, but I've had better. Seis Kitchen has amazing nachos to share. That said, it's definitely a place I'd come back to mainly out of convenience, not because one particular item on the menu won my heart. I really do hope they continue refining the menu because the flavors are there and this place could easily become a standout spot. Personally I just think at the total price of my ticket other restaurants should not even have room in my mind during my meal. If you're in the area and looking for a safe bet where everyone will probably find something they like, it's worth giving them a try.

I was so excited to visit Taqueria Juanito's restaurant today! I was tipped off by a local…read morerideshare driver that this people building near Grant Ave has the best cabeza tacos in Arizona! I was raised in a very conservative food pallet home like many Americans so trying new items like cabeza tacos is a very foreign choice in cuisine. Let me just say I am on a new adventure of respecting restaurants that honor the entire animal by properly knowing how to prepare each and every inch into a world class experience. These cabeza tacos did not disappoint! It was extremely buttery and melted in your mouth! If you do one thing this year, you owe it to yourself to put this place on your 3rd spot routine. The ambiance is so beautiful in this space too! There are beautiful murals inspired by Mexican culture with luchadores wrestling and oversized monarch butterflies, this place is truly a different dimension!

Let's first go over what makes great Carne Asada. 1. Flavorful 2. Juicy 3. Good cut(minimal to no grisle, bone, not flat/thin cut and not diced into kibble) 4. Tender Juanito's had some flavor, but it was VERY dry and tough and had far too much grisle. I just didn't like it at all. I had to force my way through it it was so dry, I dislike dry meat. I want to try a different meat, maybe it'll gain a star there, but for the Carne Asada? Hard pass. The service wasn't great either.
