New perm rings! Bracelets also bought here years prior

I absolutely love coming here to get permanent jewelry! They have the cutest, daintiest chains and charms, the customer service is always great, and their new location is fabulous. Perfect stop on a brunch and bling Saturday morning with the girls. The rings in the picture are new but we also got the bracelets here.

First time coming here with my best friend and I enjoyed our experience! This is the only location I could find in the bay area that does permanent jewelry! This means that you can get a bracelet or anklet that fits you perfectly without a clasp! Don't worry if needed, you can always cut it off. You do however, need to make an appointment to get permanent jewelry done in the back of the store. Appointments are usually only Saturday and Sunday and she will post on her Instagram when spots open up. One appointment spot is 30 minutes long and can accommodate both you and your friend. If you don't have an appointment you can still go into the shop and look at other pieces of nice jewelry. My friend and I got anklets. All chains are 14k yellow gold. Prices vary for each style and thickness of the chain and are priced per inch. Average anklets vary between 7 to 9 inches. You can also add charms to your anklet or bracelet too. What I thought was awesome was that Marisa herself is putting on they permanent jewelry! So cool to support a local small business! She is also very patient and wants you to love what you get and makes sure that the sizing is how you want it.

Wonderful permanent jewelry experience!!! Made an appointment for me and a friend once I saw that they opened up spots on Instragram. Spots fill out so fast so I suggest keeping updated on Instagram. There was deposit that goes into your permanent jewelry purchase. One appointment is good for 2 people! Came a bit earlier as suggested on the website if you wanted more time to choose your chain but there was a group in front of us so could've just arrived on time. The sore is quite small and sells all sorts of jewelry. The permanent jewelry area is in the back behind the register! Had to sign some papers beforehand about laser safety. The lady that helped us was nice and patient!! Spent some time in the beginning to pick out the chain style we wanted but there weren't that many options so that was pretty quick. Then she just measured out my wrist and tested it to make sure it was the right looseness that I wanted!! Super customizable. My friend took a while choosing how loose she wanted it and the lady was really understanding!! They tell you to not look directly at the laser because it could damage your eyes. But the welding process was so fast and absolutely painless. Didn't even hear zapping noises and I've definitely heard of horror stories of people getting hurt at other places. The only thing is it's not cheap (~200 for mine) but would definitely recommend for a simple investment piece. I've had mine for a little over a month now and holding up really well! I think if it somehow breaks off, you can bring it in for them to reattach too!

Marisa's team is first class! I especially want to shoutout Maddie for taking amazing care of me every time I come in, and even working through a recent mishap (on my end). I also had a lovely permanent jewelry experience this weekend (DO IT!). I wish I had her name, but she was great and Maddie's co-pilot I believe. This place is the real deal, their jewelry is outstanding, and their staff is top notch! I've officially developed a new habit :-). Check them out and don't hesitate to support!

I got gifted this necklace for my birthday and wear it everyday. I love this store! There are so many unique and pretty jewelry pieces as well as simple staples.

One of my first stops each time I come to Santa Barbara! Always a treat to browse the unique jewelry, housewares and other treats. Awesome vibe and beautifully styled space. You'll not want to miss this shop.

Thank you Marisa Mason! We bought our wedding rings through their online store during the flash fine jewelry sale, and were so pleased with the amazing service and quality. Buying wedding rings when you live across the country and can't try them on in person is daunting. (We used to live in Oakland and wanted to support their business even though we've since moved). Sienna answered all our questions with patience, helped us figure out our ring size remotely, and made sure we got the benefit of the sale while paying in two installments. When the rings came, they fit perfectly--both are comfortable and exactly what we were looking for. We're thrilled!

It's a beautiful morning. With luck, the day will reflect its beginning. Perhaps by channeling a little beautiful energy I'll better the odds. Whilst I was out tasting Temescal the other week with L and Buddy C. I stumbled upon Barbershop Alley. It seemed more a Diagon Alley, replete certainly with wand shops, charm stores, owl emporiums. By where I'd expect the apothecary to be is Marisa Haskell's cupboard of magic. A space no larger than 10 by 15 fits a workbench and Marisa and perhaps three customers. The rest of you please wait outside, I won't be long. All along the walls and other places where she can fit them are her skills on display. Mostly art to hang around a lady's neck keeps company with other treats for a wrist and a depleted box of snakebelts. Her work is beautiful in a graceful way. Nothing overdone, all clearly carefully crafted. Reasonable priced, wonderfully proffered. Everything in her shop is beautiful. Irrespective where you happen to live, a trip to Temescal is worth it even if you're only able to visit this one magic alley. Christmas is coming. Do something to make her happy.

Five stars across the board I had the most amazing time here . Please go they are beautiful people inside and out , I felt like I was not rushed , they had great customer service and I will be back , they were very inclusive and as a black woman I felt like I mattered. The whole experience was amazing thanks ladies I will be back

Everyone at this store is amazing -- helpful and knowledgeable, and not at all pushy or pretentious. It's a joy to explore the carefully curated products. While I'm here, I'd like to comment on the 1 star review by Alan. I happened to have been present on the day of this conflict and it lives in my memory as one of the creepiest and most uncomfortable retail interactions I've ever witnessed. Alan was rude, patronizing and deeply inappropriate as he attempted to intimidate the store manager, who held her own with impressive grace and strength. There were several customers in the shop that night, and it seemed that most were unwilling to leave until we knew that the manager and her staff were safe. We were relieved when security arrived. Kudos to the manager for her poise under pressure, her commitment to protecting her staff, and unwillingness to give in to his attempts to intimidate or take the bait of engaging with his review.

Well this is pretty much the equivalent to that. I mean literally I can find everything that Topdrawer sell for a lot less. I don't mind buying quality items and I do but not from this establishment. Doesn't help that the staff there are rude.. is it part of the atmosphere to justify the price. Let's act rude to everyone and pretend that the items here are too good for them so they want to buy it even more..

I've shopped here frequently over the years. About a year ago I bought a sterling silver ring here…read morewith a blue stone. Unfortunately, the stone turned into a greenish brown color. I stopped by today to ask about it and was prepared to simply buy a new ring-- it was fairly inexpensive. The store was empty, and there were two people working there who did not greet me when I walked in, as they were busy complaining loudly about someone. I stepped up to the counter, and despite the workers standing behind the counter, and one person looking at me directly, they still didn't greet me. At one point, one looked like she was coming toward me, looked me in the eye and then grabbed her beverage and turned away. Finally I asked directly for help. I showed her the ring and asked to look at the identical one behind the counter. She got very nervous and told me they hadn't seen a stone turn brown before. She immediately told me that she would not contact the company for me, that I needed to do it myself. I hadn't even asked her to. She kept saying things like "well if it had been two weeks we maybe could help you." to which I responded, "do you expect a ring to turn brown after 2 weeks?" She then said she couldn't contact the company because they would "ask her questions" she didn't know the answer to. I have no answers either why a stone would turn brown with occasional wear, no chemicals, etc. I would think they would want to talk to the company about this if they are selling jewelry that turns brown. Anyway, I was just really turned off by the fact that they had an empty store, but yet basically told me I had to contact the wholesale distributor myself. It really seemed like these two are doing everything they can to do the least work possible! I typically think a nice thing about shopping at a local boutique would be the customer service.. not here. I did not buy a new ring, and will not shop here again.
