Do Not Hire This Company!…read more I was shocked by how unprofessional they were. During the final walkthrough, I found hair and stains in multiple rooms and bathrooms. While I was pointing them out, the cleaner simply left without saying anything or getting my approval. The person in charge of scheduling never answered my calls, even after they charged my card the next day. They also broke my shower head and never mentioned it. Overall, terrible customer service. I'd recommend paying a little more for a company that's reliable and stands behind its work.

I am in my 70s and recovering from rotator cuff surgery so couldn't clean the house myself. I made this appt 1MONTH IN ADVANCE because I had people coming to my house the day after the cleaning. My cleaning was a 2pm The day of the cleaning I received a phone message at 11:58am that the cleaning crew would be 30 minutes late as they were short staffed. I called them at 2pm and asked if they were still going to come at 2:30. They responded they were short staffed and would be here closer to 3 pm. I called at 3pm and asked if they were on target to come clean my house soon. Again, I was told they were short staffed and they were "on their way now" and would be there a little after 4pm. At 5:30 pm I received a call but missed it because I was upstairs cleaning a bathroom myself. At 6 pm I called the company again and was told they had a horrible day because of being short staffed and were just trying to take care of their clients. I thought I was a client. They stated the crew "was just down the street and would be there shortly". I responded by telling them they were fired. I spent the rest of the evening cleaning my house for my guests the next day at great pain to my shoulder. I understand things happen. I am sorry they were short staffed. I tried to be accommodating. But they didn't bother to call me for over 5 hours with a status update. And the status updates I got when I called were promises they didn't intent to keep. That is unforgiveable and unprofessional. They should have kept me in constant update mode so we could have made adjustments (next day? etc) but no....I felt they were just blowing me off. To add insult to injury. My husband and I had paid tickets to an event that night. Because of their lack of updates and no phone calls until too late, I had to cancel my attendance at great cost to me and my husband went alone while I cleaned my house. So I had to do the work and I lost money in the long run. This company may be good cleaners but they are unprofessional and do not care about their clients. I am now looking for a new company to clean my house while I heal from my surgery.

Start, meaning that Karenn was prompt in getting back to us, setting a time to come over and quote the service, then arrange a deep clean, then bi-weekly service. The deep clean one of the best deep cleans ever to get the house prepped. She was meticulous and it was obvious she took pride in ensuring it was a good deep cleaning. I was very impressed and pleased. The value outweighed the price. She communicated well and let me know when she was showing up and when the service was complete. That was important to her. And is important to me. I am looking forward to having them do my bi-weekly cleaning as well. I was very pleased. I've used other house cleaning services, but this has been the best so far in terms of communication and quality of service. I highly recommend Brilliant Cleaning services if you're looking for a solid house cleaning service that's professional, personable and clearly takes pride in the work they do.
