If i could give less than one star I would…read more I hired this company to light clean my house. Two Bathrooms, mop the floors and wipe down the kitchen. I am in my 70s and recovering from rotator cuff surgery so couldn't clean the house myself. I made this appt 1MONTH IN ADVANCE because I had people coming to my house the day after the cleaning. My cleaning was a 2pm The day of the cleaning I received a phone message at 11:58am that the cleaning crew would be 30 minutes late as they were short staffed. I called them at 2pm and asked if they were still going to come at 2:30. They responded they were short staffed and would be here closer to 3 pm. I called at 3pm and asked if they were on target to come clean my house soon. Again, I was told they were short staffed and they were "on their way now" and would be there a little after 4pm. At 5:30 pm I received a call but missed it because I was upstairs cleaning a bathroom myself. At 6 pm I called the company again and was told they had a horrible day because of being short staffed and were just trying to take care of their clients. I thought I was a client. They stated the crew "was just down the street and would be there shortly". I responded by telling them they were fired. I spent the rest of the evening cleaning my house for my guests the next day at great pain to my shoulder. I understand things happen. I am sorry they were short staffed. I tried to be accommodating. But they didn't bother to call me for over 5 hours with a status update. And the status updates I got when I called were promises they didn't intent to keep. That is unforgiveable and unprofessional. They should have kept me in constant update mode so we could have made adjustments (next day? etc) but no....I felt they were just blowing me off. To add insult to injury. My husband and I had paid tickets to an event that night. Because of their lack of updates and no phone calls until too late, I had to cancel my attendance at great cost to me and my husband went alone while I cleaned my house. So I had to do the work and I lost money in the long run. This company may be good cleaners but they are unprofessional and do not care about their clients. I am now looking for a new company to clean my house while I heal from my surgery.

Do Not Hire This Company!…read more I was shocked by how unprofessional they were. During the final walkthrough, I found hair and stains in multiple rooms and bathrooms. While I was pointing them out, the cleaner simply left without saying anything or getting my approval. The person in charge of scheduling never answered my calls, even after they charged my card the next day. They also broke my shower head and never mentioned it. Overall, terrible customer service. I'd recommend paying a little more for a company that's reliable and stands behind its work.

Norma was professional, kind and cleaned my 4 bedroom home. My favorite part of her expertise was how she showed me how to put foil so beautifully on my new oven racks and in the bottom of the oven. Norma professionally cleaned my Kitchen Counters microwave, sink and floors. She vacuumed my rugs and cleaned all bathrooms mirrors, tub and shower. Norma wiped my beautiful piano and played with my doggie. The value of her service was worth her pricing. Thank you Norma and NCJ Cleaning Services for my first time home cleaning. I will definitely hire you again. My house smells beautiful and everything is sparkling clean. Outstanding Service and great personality. Thank you for being careful around my Embroidery Machines and my Artwork and using pet friendly cleaning products. Thank you again Norma, I will refer your business to my friends and family. Julie A

We do stay in an apartment complex so I can understand. I do feel as though if you are having trouble navigating the complex them giving the client a heads up so they know you are there and that you are trying to find the place could have saved some time. The cleaner did a great job cleaning the apartment and refrigerator and even took out the trash at the end which was super nice. Outside of being a little late I would definitely try them again. I do feel like the price did reflect the work that was done and the interaction with the cleaner was great.

I didn't realize this was only a 2.5 hour deal, where they would leave if the job wasn't done. What?! We paid $360 for this service and it was very disappointing. We won't be using them again. There were lint balls along the baseboards, dust along the headboard, on top of the fans, fan above the stove was not wiped down. She's talked to them, shared the pictures I've attached and they still weren't willing to give any sort of partial refund or offer to have someone come out and finish the job. Unfortunately, after she came home from talking to them she found damage to the bottom of their brand new kitchen cabinet as well, from their employees. On the flip side we just had our house deep cleaned by a company paid less and they were there for double the time. Very happy with the new company, have used them before and now referring them to my mom.
