The Uludag soda was definitely much lighter than a ginger ale. Tasted like a light citrusy drink, and it's less sweet than American sodas. The ice cream had a nice pull and chew, although it didn't look as stretchy as Turkish ice creams I've seen. Nice amount of pistachio flavor throughout. I came on a weekday lunch, so there was ample seating inside. Ordering is done via a QR code on your table or on a tablet stand in the middle of the restaurant. My friends also didn't think much of what they ordered. My Khao Soi had a nice flavor but wasn't authentic. It is usually made with boiled and crispy fried egg noodles and while this was topped with the crispy fried egg noodles, the boiled noodles were rice vermicelli noodles. Additionally, probably because it was delivery, the noodles had solidified into a clump and was very hard to break apart even with the soup. The main thing that was off-putting about my dish though was the dead lady bug that I found on my bean sprouts.
