It was hard to find someone who would do this properly and I'm very happy with the result! A+, 5 stars, highly recommend. Can't say enough for the professional service. The impact-resistant shingles were perfectly installed as well as sealing the furnace flue and fireplace flue. Great job removing all debris, including roofing nails. I want to say we've been using them for about five years. We have had better service from them than the two companies we had used previously (one went out of business). We feel like the price is reasonable for the work we have done. They start up our system in April, do a mid season check up on the summer and shut it down in October. We're given a four hour window for our appointments. They call when they're about 10-15 minutes away. The guys have all been pleasant. If anything needs replacing (it's rare, but it happens), they explain what needs to be done and why. The person I speak to in the office is great! I literally have no complaints about, or issues with, this company. I have not used them for anything other than our irrigation system.

He was very professional and checked the operation of all 45 sprinkler heads. He found one that was worn, quickly replaced it and activated the system. Despite multiple notices to pay an outstanding balance, our outdoor lighting still doesn't work. The company essentially installed an entirely new system, leaving our old lighting in disarray. While I was initially fine with this, the new system has never functioned properly. I've worked with Adam and have asked him seven times to come out and fix the problem, but there has been no resolution. At this point, I'm exhausted and simply want the product removed--I certainly don't want to pay $3,000 for something that doesn't work. I've also requested to speak with the owner but have yet to receive a call. Please be cautious if you're considering this company for your lighting needs. Ironically, their fencing division was fantastic--they repaired our fence perfectly with no issues. However, the lighting division has been a complete mess, and I strongly recommend looking elsewhere for outdoor lighting services.
