While nothing about French drains or foundation repair is fun, exciting or cheap; we knew we had to get some of this work done to our home due to some minor flooding/cracks in the foundation. After doing some research and asking for bids, we decided to work with FRS since we knew they would do a thorough job and offer a nice warranty for their work. Not to mention how everyone we worked with was super helpful and friendly and they explained lots of things to us in ways that we could understand. When you are going to spend $$$ on something as massive as a french drain and foundation repair, you really want to make sure you have some of the best people to work with and FRS was it for us. Earlier this week, we had Dylan and Sam out at the house so they could work on the side to help us with drainage and repairing the foundation. I really have no idea how this is done, but they managed to do it in just under 3 days and took great care of the yard and our neighbors yard while they were working so they did not make a mess or damage anything. Knowing that these giant house repairs have been completed, I know that our house will be taken care of we won't be experiencing any more damage. I know they will come out again in the future to just check in to make sure everything is still working correctly and I feel secure knowing they will take care of anything thanks to the warranty they offer on their work.

I recently hired this company to replace my asphalt driveway and our front concrete walkway. They…read moredid the work and finished the work on Friday, October 3rd. As my pictures show, their old equipment managed to leak oil all over our street. I was embarrassed to see what they had done. The owner, Matt, said it was no big deal because our street was "ugly" (his words) anyway. When Travis finished the job on Friday, we agreed that he would come back on Sunday morning with equipment to pressure wash the street using hot water. This was his suggestion because traffic would be lighter then. Guess what? He never came back. I never saw him again. The job came with a one year warranty. I called Matt last week to look at some stains on the new asphalt and see what could be done before they became permanent. I have yet to see him. He also never came back. He took my money and left and obviously has no intention of coming back. Other homes in our area have had asphalt work done and no contractor has left a mess like this. I chose the wrong company and regret it. Hope you learn from my mistake.
