I was told if there were any issues Becky would call me. Never got a call. A new gentleman shows up today and tries to charge us $70. So I call again. My husband was home, thankfully this was also caught on our cameras, Rocky called the gentleman who then replied to Rocky, "oh ya I remember that incident, that was messed up we lost one of our really good guys & he was just trying to save her money." Really? If he was such a good guy then why was he fired? If he was such a good employee why was he fraudulently taking money on his cashapp instead of having customers pay the company? Completely inappropriate behavior! I can't believe Rocky allowed him to respond that way. My husband was very uncomfortable after that. Never ever using this company again.
