I'd say within about 15 or 20 minutes. I think it's advertised as a 12 inch maybe, it's really only enough for one maybe two if you're a light eater, for a basic pepperoni it was about $20! They do have some type of pizza subscription, which I thought was pretty interesting if you really love their pizza and order from them often. There was live music in one of the bar areas and the guy at the bar was friendly and helpful! My biggest complaint was the lack of outdoor fans and the swarms of mosquitoes that seem to eat us alive from the moment that we sat down so we only stayed for one beer each. I had the orange creamsicle and hubby have the nitro chocolate Stout and he loved it and said it tasted much like a candy bar! Plenty of local brews on tap, and there is a different selection at each bar! Hopefully they be able to address that mosquito problem as we'd like to go back!

We were the first patrons to use the Hop Passport this year, though I believe there was another competitor hot on our trail. I love the wide open space outdoors, complete with playground & plenty of space to wander. To boot, the beer was good enough to get another round & hit up the food truck. We weren't there for the market & left before the music started. It appears the 1st/3rd weekend opening strategy keeps seats full! I am glad we did. It is very interesting and cool to see. Go on-line and set up the tour. The Spoetzl Brewery is out of the way but if you put it with another trip it is not a bad drive. The tour price includes a goodie bag and 3 glasses of beer. After you park, go inside to the gift shop to check-in. We went during the week and we had 4 people only so it was a nice tour. On the weekend the tour lady said it can be a large group of people. You get to bring your first beer on the tour. You see videos and beer lines where everything is made and packed up for sale. After the tour less than an hour you get to enjoy 2 more beers if you want. Outside is a big picnic table area covered where you can sit and enjoy your beer. You can eat there as will. There were a lot of people eating a bbq sandwich. You can get them next door to the gift shop. It did look good. Also they have a restaurant but we did not check that out.

We bought a couple of tastings, and our bartender was super nice and informative without getting in our way of enjoying the spirits. We brought my mom to hang out and wow, my mom... she can throw them down. While I appreciated the strength of the vodka and the bourbon, my mom totally enjoyed the cinnamon moonshine. After trying out the distilled spirits, we went to the gift shop. I stocked up on some Shiner+Texas Standard gear, that now you can't really get anymore. The store is different than what you can get online, and vice versa... some of the stuff you might find online, you won't find in the in person store. After the tasting and shopping experience, we went to the new restaurant, which showcases the spirits and the seasonal beer. We also waited for the dessert. I enjoyed the bread pudding and we were lucky to try some practice rounds that the mixologists were trying out. All in all, we had a fun visit to one of my favorite places on the planet.
