They don't put as much vinaigrette and removed the pomegranate seeds from the Brussels sprouts. I just feel like the regular menu items don't taste as great quality as they used to. Blue Star Brewing main location is originally in Southtown/Blue Star area and they serve both beer and food. This new location serves mainly beer and a few other alcoholic beverages like wine and frozen margaritas. The girl working the bar was super nice and very helpful. She mentioned she was nice and still learning all the beers, but you wouldn't be able to tell since she was so knowledgeable. Also, if you buy a beer from Blue Star Brewing please note that you can walk around the mall with your drink and don't have to stay near their bar. Highly recommend checking out this amazing local brewery whenever you go to North Star Mall!
