They don't offer flights which is huge pet peeve of mine for breweries. Let people try your beers. So, I just got 2 pints. I got a Kolsch and an IPA that were both decent. I ordered some honey pecan wings and waffle fries which were solid. The wings had perfectly crisp skin, but the sauce sounded better than the flavor gave. The lady friend had a salad that she said was good. They also offered pours of hard-to-get bourbons but at 65.00 for a pour of George T Stagg, I passed. The place itself was very nice. The service was good. The food was solid, and the beer was decent. Just offer some flights!

There was live music in one of the bar areas and the guy at the bar was friendly and helpful! My biggest complaint was the lack of outdoor fans and the swarms of mosquitoes that seem to eat us alive from the moment that we sat down so we only stayed for one beer each. I had the orange creamsicle and hubby have the nitro chocolate Stout and he loved it and said it tasted much like a candy bar! Plenty of local brews on tap, and there is a different selection at each bar! Hopefully they be able to address that mosquito problem as we'd like to go back!

If you're looking for a laid-back, family-friendly spot between Seguin and San Marcos, you've got to check out BS Brewing Company! It's set up on a hill in a cow pasture, giving it a unique and welcoming vibe. The food truck dishes out absolutely delicious food, the beer is top-notch, and they even have homemade root beer for the kids. There's a play area for the little ones, plenty of space to relax, and just an all-around great atmosphere filled with good people. Whether you're there for a cold drink, good eats, or just some quality time with family and friends, BS Brewing is the place to be. Highly recommend checking it out! read more
