They criticized the ring and initially told me it was chipped, which it was not, and said the time and cost to cut a simple gold chain would be high and take a long time. Based on the customer experience, I would never go back. Take your time and shop around, as there are a lot of better options, including The Gold Drop in San Rafael, and Prince in Sausalito, both of which excelled at customer service and provided much better pricing.

None of this worked for me as I was trying to surprise my wife for her birthday and I needed this project done in 2 weeks.
