From the moment we started, he took the time to genuinely consult with me before picking up a single pair of scissors. He clearly explained why certain techniques and styles would work for my curl type and face shape, and he even helped me understand why I've loved some past cuts and not others. With that insight, and just the great conversation we had, he delivered a cut I absolutely love. It's low maintenance (exactly what I asked for), but also super versatile: I can wear it up or down, and it fits seamlessly into my lifestyle. It works beautifully with my curls and exceeds every expectation I had. Bishlam is incredibly kind, deeply knowledgeable about curly hair, and passionate about proper hair care. His wife Amy was also wonderful. Highly recommend Salon B to anyone, especially those with curly hair looking for someone who truly understands it!

I was panicked, looking for a special birthday gift and running out of time. The shops I usually rely on have fallen victim to COVID, with either permanent closure or reduced hours. Finding the lights on at Bella and warm smiles was a turning point. I was shopping for an individual near and dear to my heart who can be a little picky. I needed cool - without trying too hard. In recent years, I've leaned toward earrings and they have quite a few options - all designed and crafted by women, in the $28-48 range. They also have a lovely collection of masks to bring chic into 2021! (Not to mention all the fun clothing options I didn't let myself look at!) To top it all off, Stacey, the owner, took the time to introduce herself and patiently offered to gift wrap each item individually with plenty of tissue to make the unveiling that much more fun! Having gone from layoff to juggling three jobs in this last year, money is tight, and time is tighter, but the desire to celebrate loved ones is all the more important. I accepted her generous attention and will remember both her and her partner, Alecia for making my gift buying foray a success! Thank you!

I had a hard time deciding the jewelry was so fun and they had something for everyone. Prices were reasonable. I got a silver delicate necklace with a CZ pendant and some CZ hoop earrings. The owner likes to feature local artists and carries lots of unique items. I loved the smell of the candles and body scrub. This is the perfect place for a gift, a dress, or something special just for you. Kristina helped me decide on the jewelry. She was friendly and knowledgeable about everything in the store. My purchase was gift wrapped and I left with a smile on my face.

Cons: some things were priced appropriately, I got a Brandy Melville cardigan for $24. But some things were definitely overpriced - I'd say a lot of things. Maybe half the things. Ex: a forever 21 slip dress for $22. Probably cost that much (or less) brand new. I found the staff person to be very cool in temperature. Not icy cold, but far from warm or personable, and I did not feel super comfortable because of that. She was a bit cold toward both myself and another costumer. Just not inviting at all, and I'm not itching to go back. But would I stop in if I were in the area? Sure. Would I drive 20 minutes again? Prob not.
