Amy and Bishlam have created such a lovely space... they're both so friendly and clearly passionate about what they do. My appointment was on a day that the store was closed. My purses were taken at the door - I was not invited in to discuss which purses were wanted or the selling prices. I was not given an opportunity to withdraw the purses if I felt the selling prices were too low. I was never given an inventory of what they kept or the prices. Security isn't great - when I went to pickup the 3 purses that went unsold, only 2 were located - the third was apparently shoplifted. The owner was unsympathetic and unconcerned.

She was pushy to sell it to me and used a scarcity tactic that unfortunately I succumbed to that day, "this will sell fast and will not have another one." I liked the color and I wanted another cashmere piece in my collection so I purchased it but when I got home and put on my glasses to remove the tag I was shocked to discover that I've been fooled. One side of the tag read "100% viscose and the other side read cashmere touch". I paid $200 for an item that was not actually cashmere. I tried to return it the next day but owner told me no refunds, store credit only. I feel I was tricked and want to warn others to be careful when purchasing from this store.

She can pick out pieces that look great and match your style no matter your body shape. We were there in May. I'm very short with some back curvature. She not only made me feel comfortable she easily found me some beautiful pieces in my price range AND that looked great on me. We were also touched that she walked us over to the Italian restaurant across the street and introduced us to the owner, making sure our dinner was a night to remember as well. My daughter actually found a nearly new pair of Doc Martens that she loves. I did buy a new pair of pants, alas did not find anything else for me. The dresses range from about $85 and up. The brands ranged from all over, I noticed Missoni to Johnny Was to Free People. Service has always been friendly and helpful. When I'm in the area I always make a point to drop by, they higher the frequency, the higher the success.
