I have been using an ancient Dell Inspiron 6400 for the last 5 years and have had a wide number of problems with it. Cody has always been the very first person I go to with a problem and he always does more than he needs to in order to fix my computer and does it faster than expected. From clearing my hard drive of deep-rooted virus and spyware, to replacing my hard drive altogether, or upgrading my processing system, Cody can do it all. He is always very upfront about costs and is more than happy to walk through his repairs and purchases made if asked. In my experience, he always offers to do the work less expensively than anyone else doing the quality of work he does. If you want $10 repairs elsewhere, be ready to see your computer break without having someone who will guarantee their work lasts. Even recently, when I mentioned to Cody I was considering upgrading to a newer computer, he offered to find me a new laptop for dirt cheap using his own personal business account on an online auction house. That is five-star customer service and a huge advantage of being loyal to his business for so many years! I'd recommend his services to anyone and do often.

Upon entering, I saw him sitting and watching a movie on his computer. He was not aware of my presence until I announced myself. After pausing his movie, he walked over and informed me that he hadn't even looked at my computer and that it would probably take him at least another week to get around to it because and I quote "there is no free space on my work station at the moment." It might just be me, but there is no "free space" anywhere. The place is an absolute mess. Perhaps if he stopped watching movies during the day or hired an assistant, customers would be a little more satisfied with the level of service. Currently, it is unsatisfactory. I took my laptop off his hands, because it was obviously too much responsibility for him to handle. I would recommend avoiding this business if you appreciate good service and would like to see your property returned to you in reasonable amount of time.
