    Happy hour

Went in for lunch and got their Lamb lunch thali. Every item was a disappointment except maybe the plain naan. Their base curry sauce was all bitter for both their lamb curries probably due to their onions. The kebab was dry rubbery and tasteless. Their pakora's were rendered bitter due to them burning their onion garnish and only they know what their sweet dish consisted of. +1 for being a mom-pops store. I think their use or kewra (rose water) is their secret ingredient?

Came in yesterday for a nice dinner after Christmas shopping. Wow, their sit-in is so much better than their take out (and their takeout is really good). We were served by Abraham, who kept us tended to with water refills and open to questions. The food was amazing and remains to be my favorite place for Indian food.

So, my wife recommended this location for our 25th wedding anniversary dinner. It appears we had truly been missing out because this is clearly going to be our new favorite Indian food destination. I have to send a shout-out to Abraham, our waiter, who was absolutely outstanding. The ambiance is very traditional, and the service was impeccable. We pulled the daily double, so to speak...LOL! We experienced happy hour and had the veggie samosas along with the Pani Puri appetizers. I had the classic curry (medium hot) with tofu and Basmati rice.

We've lived in the area for over 15 years and it was our first time trying Marigold Maison. We have been missing out! The service is. Impeccable and the food is divine! The vibe is very relaxing and the space is inviting. Happy Hour is from 3pm-6pm and dinner from 5pm to close. Great for late groups with plenty os seating inside and outside. I cannot wait to come back for the Thali lunch service soon.

Family meal. Great, tasty food. Came during Diwali so they were busy. Our server was really rushed and that may be why we couldn't get a drink order or why he didn't bring some of the small extra things we had asked for. They have a very clean restaurant including clean bathrooms but they water down their soap. And there was a very unpleasant odor outside like sewer but I don't know how much of that they can control or where it was coming from. The carrot cake was amazing - especially with the strawberries which surprisingly hit the spot! But now I'll need a strawberry with all future slices of carrot cake, wherever I will be.

Absolutely awesome! I haven't been here in awhile and coming back here as a gift was certainly just that. I can't believe the flavors they were able to produce here. The cold chai latte was very authentic asking with their curry and naan. Our waiter was so friendly and helpful with our questions. This restaurant is going up with their modern design inside. The seats were confortable and I enjoyed each bite. Kadhi bhuna was a great idea.

    Chicken Tikka

Much improved taste of food. Garlic naan and appetizers were good although chicken tikka didn't have any tandoori taste. Paneer Tikka masala was on the spicier side so had to have it remade as per taste. Music was too loud. They also offer Happy Hour and lunch specials now which are kind of nice.

We were greeted right away by the hostess, the smile and seed it and served beverages rather quickly. The dish we ordered was quite spicy however, it was very fresh. The restaurant offers indoor and outdoor seating on the patio, which offers a great ambience for dinner.

Wow this is excellent Indian food! Great quality food and service in a super clean restaurant. We ordered the lunch chicken thali and a dinner Chana masala. Both spiced to medium but we will go a little hotter next time. The garlic naan is five stars alone! We have had a lot of Indian food and this one will be on our weekly rotation!!

Finally a great Indian restaurant that I can frequent. The food was amazing and service was excellent. Our server was very attentive and engaging with us. And was able to give us some recommendations too. The restaurant was clean and well lit. The food was delicious and I could not be happier with the fact that I can now get my favorite aloo gobi somewhere in my area, and some delicious naan bread.

I had this for the first time tonight in my continued search for the best Indian food in Phoenix. I had the mutter masala, veggie, spice level medium (I always try new Indian places at the medium level to gauge the overall heat for future orders, and my husband had the curry with chicken. We also shared the potato naan and veggie samosas. I LOVED the flavor of his curry, absolutely loved the samosas (though oddly, they were served with chickpeas in several sauces so I'm not even certain we actually GOT samosas - whatever it was, it was delicious), and I loved the potato naan. My least favorite dish was actually my mutter masala (which is my go-to dish); it was a little bland and the medium spice was definitely leaning more toward mild. Will definitely be back, it was good and I'm excited to try other things on the menu. Notably, we ordered takeout through DoorDash so can't speak to the actual interior of the restaurant.

Per recent reports they have resume the Thai platters! Cannot wait to enjoy these again

Same with the palak paneer could have been a little more with the garam masala flavor but otherwise it was still good and worth the price. I'd definitely go again

Owner Nigel Lobo moves through the dining room not like someone inspecting his domain, but like a gracious host welcoming friends into his home. But here is where he enters the realm of the legendary: he remembers. A month ago, a dessert was unavailable. Nigel came to our table personally, apologized, offered two complimentary desserts, and promised chai biskoot on the house next visit. Most people forget. Not Nigel. On April 17th he kept his word without being reminded. And when we mentioned mid-meal that we had forgotten to order panipuri -- not even complaining -- he smiled and sent out two plates on the house. The food is magnificent -- elevated, soulful Indian cuisine that is both traditional and modern. But what INDIBAR truly serves is the increasingly rare dish of being made to feel seen. Five stars feels insufficient.

A girlfriend and I had a lovely patio meal on a quiet weekday, and I finally took some photos and committed to writing a nice review. Truth be told, this is at least my third visit so it's due. Friendly counter guy was patient and answered our many questions. I chose my favorite standard order, the chicken tikka masala with rice. After getting more details about the preparation I decided to try the mango side salad, too. I could not have been happier with my choices. The Tikka masala has a lovely ratio of meat to curry sauce and was a mild spice. Very creamy with tender chicken fully hot all the way through. The basmati rice is fluffy and seasoned perfectly the compliment the masala. The surprise star of this meal was the side mango salad! Tons of fresh spring mix lettuce, chunks of mango, shredded carrots and a delightful sweet dressing. It was very bright, with perfectly ripened fruit and crisp greens. This is not a small side salad, so it is definitely a high value bargain, and could easily be a meal with a protein added. GF ordered a paneer wrap with fries. She raved about the flavor, took two bites more bites of the wrap and then picked at the fries and confessed it was all going home for her son. GLP1 appetite? Anyway she ended up ordering a mango side salad for him to go, after we finished eating. I did taste a chunk of the paneer at her urging, the cheese was in small cubes, with a flavorful sauce. I prefer chicken myself. When the to go mango salad was ready, friendly counter guy brought it out to our patio table, and had a nice chat with us. An articulate upbeat good ambassador for the company, he was helping at our location for the day and was very positive about the Tikka Shack brand's future. I fully agree!

At least on a Tuesday when you can get your choice of chicken, tikka or butter tikka plus rice and a drink and plain naan for around 12 bucks. They were not that busy when we came in around 4 PM. But it still took them over 20 minutes to get us our food Togo. You order from a screen - although the team is right there to answer any questions. They didn't greet me and were not friendly. They seem to be pretty standoffish and definitely not trained in a Customer Service. We tried both the butter, chicken and the tikka chicken. And got one regular naan and paid $1 extra extra try the garlic naan. I absolutely love garlic. And And would never pay the dollar extra again for the garlic naan it was not very good and not worth the up charge The butter chicken was surprising and ended up being my favorite over the regular tikka chicken. We also tried the masala fries (the fries themselves are slightly spicy but when you put the masala sauce on them, it tones it down) , which were incredible!!! And the coconut curry wings. It would've been nice to be warned that the coconut curry wings are extremely spicy. It did not mention that anywhere, and I was not expecting to have that level of heat. Also got the glub juman for desert. Don't sleep on this. It is so good!!! I should mention that for their drink selection, soda, wise they only have one of those Coke freestyle machines which I find disgusting (once you see what they look like on the inside and how they're never cleaned you would agree too) . I opted for one of the three teas that they had instead in a separate fountain thing. Overall, we will definitely be back just might order ahead of time on the app since the service is so slow... or rather non existent.
