I did an Uber delivery from here not even 30 minutes ago. While I was waiting on the customers order for over 10 minutes there were 3 men who came out the business surrounded my car kept looking in my windows and took pictures of me and my plates. They made me feel extremely uncomfortable and unsafe. I was just sitting with my car off, windows down and reading my pocket Bible while I waited on the order to finish. Tikki Masala is out of this world but the Naan could be better. Sweet Magic's Paneer Tikki Masala keeps me coming back everytime. It is absolutely delicious. I've also dabbled with their Chicken Biriyani which is great as well but pretty spicy! Their Garlic Naan is not my favorite and is sometimes over cooked. But once you dip it into the curry, you forget all about the consistency/texture of the bread. This place is mainly a take-out spot with only a few tables and limited seating. Ordered Veg Biryani family pack. We got chilli paneer as an appetizer. This is our second visit, first time came to a tiffin buffet. Both the time, taste of the food is below average. Chilli paneer wasn't fried which didn't taste good. We fried on our own after coming home which tasted much better after that. And biryani taste is also not impressive. Way too spicy and lacked correct flavor. Didn't felt like eating from a restaurant. Got a decent quantity with family pack but unfortunately don't feel like eating it. So probably will end up throwing the food. There are several other restaurants around in the area which offer much better tasty food. Don't let the size of this little place fool you, they make food with big flavor! We have only tried the dosa and samosa, but have loved every bite! We've had the mysore masala dosa (lentil flower) and the rava masala dosa (semolina flower). Both were great! The accompanying chutneys are also good, and well spiced! The samosas were good but the dosa are the highlight. I order food through Grubhub.. I get a call saying they are out of haryali kabab instead they will send me tandoori chicken.. I spent $60 on 3 items including driver tip but to my dismay there are no veggies in vegetable biryani except for few carrots here and there and same with chicken biryani.. I wanted to order some more and said I will pay at the end but the lady behind the counter forced us to pay for the food ordered until then even when(as if we are going to run away without paying). I mentioned I have some more to order and she insisted we pay for the food. I at that point paid off and then my daughter wanted "Mango shake". My wife went to get one and tried to pay using a credit card which she said I have to buy at least $5 to pay with the card. This was not mentioned anywhere and was not told to us. And we ended up getting 3 of those for no reason even though we wanted one and out of which 2 of them tasted so bad and had to eventually trash them. For that reason I may not go to this place again. We ordered the chicken biryani to go. Our order was very specific, and was for 24 people. They had it ready on time. Everything was packed very well as we had explained that we were going to be driving to Sedona with it. All the garnish was in separate containers. THE FOOD WAS JUST DELICIOUS. There was a very generous ratio of chicken to rice and we had requested that it not be too, too hot. It was full of flavor but not drowning in hot chilies. Today I bought a dosa and an oothappam from sweet magic and highly disappointed with their sambar quantity and this is the least quantity of sambar any restaurant served in my experiences so far and I have asked additional sambar and gave the feedback right at the place probably to the owner of the restaurant and the answer from the person at restaurant was highly unconvinced, this is good place for sweets and may be for non veg appetizers but I won't recommend if you want to try dosa or idly, more over it is 80 percentage water and 20% sambar read more
