The biggest downside was the wait for certain items. When dosa ran out, it took about 45 minutes to be replenished--by then, we had almost finished eating. Naan was another disappointment. The available naan was stale and very hard, and fresh batches never arrived, so we ended up leaving without having any. This was around 1:15 PM, and the place wasn't even particularly crowded. That said, the ambiance is fantastic--modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed. The decor really stands out. Service was attentive and friendly throughout, which added to the experience. It's also nice that chai is included in the buffet. Despite a few operational issues, the food quality and atmosphere make this place worth visiting.
