They mishandled my prescription repeatedly, submitted wrong information, and refused to call the pharmacy even though that's what the pharmacy required. Now they're insisting they gave me appointment options I never received, and the medical assistant is ignoring me. It feels like retaliation for simply expecting them to do their job.

The exam room was decorated very well also so that along with the friendliness of the nurse made me feel really comfortable. The doctor that I had was Janice Reynolds and she was also very friendly. She asked a few more questions about my health history than the nurse did it was still relaxing and I didn't feel uncomfortable about anything. The exam itself was very quick and nothing out of the ordinary. Before she left Janice let me know that they will call me with the results whether they're good or bad which I like because it's nice to know what's going on with your body.

The real reason I am giving this specific office and the specific doctor, Deidre Russell a 1 star review is lack of bedside manner and failure to communicate anything. On more than one occasion she made me make an appointment to get test results that could have easily been given over the phone. Not only that but she didn't even give them to me, she sent someone else in to do it and they had to go ask her what to do next and she STILL didn't bother coming in.

I will go to the ER for everything if needed. Dignity is a cash cow and always has been. The same thing happened 2 years ago when I had Banner and visited Dignity Urgent Care. Dignity is a ripoff that is why they have ads all over sports stadiums and shops popping up in strip malls. 2 years ago my wife went for a FREE wellness check. They asked if she was feeling ok. She said he knees hurt, back, and they said we should do a few xrays. Our free annual wellness check turned into a $1700 bill.

My nurse, Emily was the highlight of my 4 hour stay, and I'm so grateful to have had her watchful eye and comforting, quick witted demeanor during my visit. Let's face it. Hospital is not super huge, but not super tiny either and it's right in the heart of Maricopa. The hospital is clean and welcoming. You definitely don't want to go to hospital that is dirty and like a morgue. The last thing you need is a bad experience when you're in the hospital. This hospital as I said before is nice and they keep it clean and they have vending machines and coffee and bottled water for you as you are in the waiting room out front.
