My 2004 Lexus IS300 key broke off and I needed a replacement and a spare. Called up and explained…read morethe situation and Mordy drove out to make the keys within a couple hours. He brought the parts, cut the keys and programmed them to the car. He did and awsome job. Friendly, funny, and knowledgable. I also asked him to make a spare key for my wife's 2004 4Runner. He was able to do it and program it in about 10-15 minutes so my wife could leave on her errands. Awsome. Great experience and would recommend this company. Thanks for the fast response and quality service.

I needed my rental property rekeyed and made an appointment with West Valley Lock and Key. A lot of…read moreother companies give you a 4-6 hour window and still show up late (in my experience!) so I was very happy to get a one hour window. The tech was a little late but the company was very responsive when I called to find out when he would arrive and I was told he was wrapping up another job. He called me immediately after to give me his ETA and was very apologetic for being late. No biggie, like I said, most locksmiths I've used have been a lot less accommodating for appointment windows and on top of that, this place is much more affordable. Their trip charge was significantly lower than other quotes I got and the other fees were very reasonable as well. The tech was very professional when he arrived and super quick! They offer a discount for return customers as well. I need a locksmith at least once a year and this will now be my company of choice!

Something was wrong with the lock and it just would not let us in any longer. It was past 11pm and there we were stranded outside in the dark and cold.. Come Daniel to the rescue! Like a superhero, he was very quick to the scene. He had the door open in pretty much no time, but let me know the lock needed to be rebuilt altogether (it was pretty fault for some reason beyond me). He told me it was a normally expensive procedure to mechanically reconfigure a lock from scratch, but he just charged us his normal fee for services and said he'd do that part for free as good karma. I watched him piece by tiny piece put together this new lock and ultimately save the day. To repay his kindness, I now refer him not only to friends but clients (as I am a Realtor)! Daniel is very professional, diligent, caring, and an all around great guy. Definitely recommend! Over 6 months later & the lock still works wonderfully.

The agent just seemed better at communicating. He was nice, and showed up quickly. Explained everything well. However, he left a mess! He had to drill the lock to open it and left the drill shavings and lock pieces on the floor and doorway. For a service I paid almost $200 (including tip) for, I'd expect a professional job and a cleaned work site. All the tools you have in that truck and you don't carry a dust pan and hand broom?! I found this extremely unprofessional and rude. Basic clean up of your job should not be my problem, should come with the overpriced service. Do better.
