Prior to Thanksgiving, I knew our house needed a cleaning. I tend to be the neat freak in my house…read morebut admittedly, I don't always have the time or the energy to stay on top of things. Took to the Google machine to search for a cleaning service and came across Tucked & Tidy. Lauren was beyond responsive to my initial inquiry and came by to do a consultation. We schedule the cleaning and the rest as they say was history. But I will tell you about it! Lauren's team came through right on time as they said. I left my house in their hands as I headed out for work. Lauren came across something and immediately reached out to me to make me aware; I very much appreciated that. Long story short, I returned to an immaculate house. What I paid was well worth it, no doubt about it. I will definitely be booking Lauren and her team in the future for home cleanings.

I asked for a deep clean of my home after we moved out and left furniture to stage it. They…read morearrived late and made a big deal over any furniture in the house they were told it was an empty home deep clean. I said I'll pay whatever it is to upgrade if it is an upgrade I have 6 pieces of furniture to dust it vacuum the guy went outside with his phone in a huff then came back complaining then the other workers all chatting with him I'm like what is going on ???? We resolved the issue they stayed about 3 hours leaning one by one and the main guy was left. The kitchen counter tops were still dirty the hardwood floors had crumbs and dust on them and my master bathroom floor was still dirty. No baseboards cleaned no attention to detail. A deep clean should be nooks and cranny's for a 2 bedroom townhouse it was a total rip off. I called the owner she apologized I paid over 900.00 and she was crediting me back 100. What joke. They charged extra for each oven but don't clean my molding ???? We have not lived in this townhouse for 2 years. It needed a true deep cleaning it was definitely neglected but I had a freshly painted it and thought a deep clean was called for. Apparently their idea of a deep clean and mine differ. Lesson jea

I hired S&G Cleaners to deep-clean my late father's home before listing it for sale -- a stressful…read moreenough situation without added headaches. The $6,400 job was mediocre at best: multiple areas were left dirty, including the garage I had explicitly asked them to sweep out, and they never responded to my follow-up email about the unfinished work. What made things far worse was that they overcharged my credit card by nearly $3,000 -- I only caught it because my bank flagged it, and getting the refund took over 90 minutes across multiple phone calls. The billing process itself is a mess: seven-plus vague line items across my statement with no clear description of what any of them cover, and the timing of the refund (issued in May for April charges) created credit card complications I had to spend another 30 minutes resolving. I understand mistakes happen, but the combination of subpar work, a massive billing error, confusing charges, and complete silence after my complaint makes it impossible to recommend this company.

When I was searching for a new service last year, I interviewed a number of companies and was impressed with Total House Cleaning for their fair pricing as well as their overall commitment to be fair, honest and above board in their business practices. There were two of them however there were obvious things that were missed. I'm physically disabled in a wheelchair and when they wash the floor or mop the floor behind my recliner, there was a book on the floor and they didn't even bother to pick it up or move it so they could clean under it. I mean little things like that really annoyed me. The countertop oven was not even wiped down on the outside little on the inside which cleaners usually clean the inside and replace the crumb tray aluminum foil with a brand new sheet as I don't even have a microwave so I figured that was the least they could do.
