Tucker did a thorough assessment of the situation and he suggested that they set up equipments to dry the ceiling. Because of their expertise, and, luckily for us, it was within the right time frame, they were able to dry up the ceiling and walls without doing any unnecessary work. This was the second time we used RDC. First time was in 2019 when we got a washer from Costco. While installing the washer, the Costco staff caused a leak from our laundry room to the basement and we needed mold remediation then. Russell and Tucker came to the rescue then and repaired the issue promptly and efficiently. Both times they were very professional, reassuring, and honest! They will also take the time to explain the restoration and help you with the entire process. We highly, highly recommend RDC to anyone concerned with water damage or mold issues!
