I used David's rug cleaning awhile ago but I never followed up with a review. This is not about the…read morerug cleaning but rather the fact that his van damaged my fence and basketball hoop. David was with two younger guys and one of the younger guys was driving. David delivered my rugs and did not mention that his younger driver damaged my property. David himself got out of his van and inspected a clearly damaged and very bent fence before coming into my house. It wasn't until I noticed the damage after he left and I looked at my surveillance video that I discovered all of his deception. When I called him immediately and confronted him, he lied and said he did not do it. When I told him I had video evidence, he became hot and finally acquiesced. I am troubled that he set such a poor example for his younger employees and clearly forced them not to say anything about the damage when he came into my house to deliver the rugs.
