We schedule the cleaning and the rest as they say was history. But I will tell you about it! Lauren's team came through right on time as they said. I left my house in their hands as I headed out for work. Lauren came across something and immediately reached out to me to make me aware; I very much appreciated that. Long story short, I returned to an immaculate house. What I paid was well worth it, no doubt about it. I will definitely be booking Lauren and her team in the future for home cleanings.

I said I'll pay whatever it is to upgrade if it is an upgrade I have 6 pieces of furniture to dust it vacuum the guy went outside with his phone in a huff then came back complaining then the other workers all chatting with him I'm like what is going on ???? We resolved the issue they stayed about 3 hours leaning one by one and the main guy was left. The kitchen counter tops were still dirty the hardwood floors had crumbs and dust on them and my master bathroom floor was still dirty. No baseboards cleaned no attention to detail. A deep clean should be nooks and cranny's for a 2 bedroom townhouse it was a total rip off. I called the owner she apologized I paid over 900.00 and she was crediting me back 100. What joke. They charged extra for each oven but don't clean my molding ???? We have not lived in this townhouse for 2 years. I had one of the worst cleaning experiences I have had with Marcus. Initially everything looked…read moregreat; I was looking to switch cleaning services from the individual I had before (cleaning twice a month). Marcus came for a consultation and was very good at reassuring he would do the job right. He even recommended I do once a month but his "deep clean" option to save some money as he said it appeared I took good care of my house and cleaning wasn't needed monthly. The first time they came to clean it was great. Small hiccup where I left the door unlocked and Marcus locked it after without instruction and locked the lock I had no key for, but understandable, my fault, everyone makes mistakes. The second time was the time that did it all. Marcus came and cleaned while I was at work with no problems. I came home and my mother had been coming over that night for dinner. She came and took one look and asked me when the cleaning people were coming and the house looked slightly dirty (in typical parental fashion). When I told her they had come today she proceeded to set a paper towel and take one wipe at the kitchen floor; it was dirty! We continued this test in multiple rooms; same result. I then tested the door moldings for dust (he mentioned to me during the consultation that this is a good test to see if cleaning people are doing their jobs); dirty! I texted Marcus the images of our results. He called me immediately claiming that my accusation of "nothing being dusted" was ridiculous and an insult. He kept telling me to calm down, mind you I was calm no cussing no nothing just trying to figure out what was happening, and continued to seemingly instruct and talk down to me. It felt as if he was telling me how to react when I was dissatisfied as if he was a parent chastising a child. He then told me we could go two ways: amicably part or he could come back and "fix" the floors because "that would make me happy." I felt extremely patronized though this whole interaction. Needless to say we have parted ways. I have attached pictures for reference. Mind you, you may it isn't that dirty, but I would expect more as it had been cleaned four hours prior (no one home in between) and this was supposed to last a month.
