Dr. Margolis and his entire staff has been the best experience ever. After 2 1/2 years, my daughter just finished phase 1 and had her braces removed. We entered phase 2 one day later, when her retainer was ready and waiting. After a free consultation over three years ago, I do not have even 1 complaint. Every appointment we went to was always ON TIME. Dr. Margolis checked our daughter at every appointment, every 4-6 weeks. They were always quick, easy, and informative on progress. The entire office staff was always pleasant and respectful throughout the entire process. Incentives were always there to help my daughter take better care of her teeth. The creative monthly contests and special holiday contests were so fun to participate in. Especially when we were able to take a cut out of Dr. Margolis with us on vacation and post funny pictures of where he was over a summer contest. Who said going to the dentist wasn't fun. Dr. M. is awesome. As the parent of a teen, I have been in and out of more doctor offices than I choose to remember and never have I met a doctor who actually KEEPS appointments. If I ever waited five minutes to be seen, that was unusual, as most appointments are right on time, or early if we get there early. Other parents who take their kids there have told me the same thing. I also appreciate the quality of care and cleanliness of his office He always takes the time to carefully explain what is happening, and what he plans to do. His staff is FANTASTIC; always cheerful and very helpful. The office area & waiting room itself is also very warm & welcoming. There are a few hi-tech games for kids to play while waiting, as well as a slideshow on a video screen of patients' "before & after" pictures. For the past 22 months I've had the pleasure of taking my daughter to Dr. Margolis. From her first appointment to assess her need for braces, until today when they were removed it's been an extremely positive experience. Everyone is exceptionally nice, every single appointment ran on time or ran early which still amazes me, and the office feels more like a spa than a waiting room. I love this office !! The atmosphere at the office is always positive and the staff is upbeat. Both of my children had palate expanders and full braces here. The complete process from new patient appointment , to records, to braces, to retainers was explained clearly each step of the way.
