Weird to say this now that I've had her fix my body, but I believed in feeling pain to release pain - I know, I already said it's weird! I've had lower back, glutes, shoulder, and neck troubles for over a decade due to advance Bikram Yoga practice, advance hot vinyasa practice, and a car accident that totaled my plug-in Prius (hit from the back while on full stop). No one, I mean no one could help fix the daily pain away (between 4 and 7 in any given day). I've been to all sorts of doctors that were prescribed by Mass General Hosp including PT, Deep Tissue, Chiro and Acu. Different Rx and OTC pain meds weren't really helpful so I stopped taking them. By chance, I had a 4-month stint in Western Mass (I lived in the South Shore and Boston areas) - I figured this is a great place to try natural therapies which I did: Chiro, Deep Tissue and Acupuncture. I saw 6 different therapists and Bonnie was my last resort - I relied heavily on "product" reviews because I'm not from WM and don't know anyone around. Luckily, I saw a few google reviews and 1 yelp review for Bonnie - I went to her website and read her bio - that clinched it for me. I wished I lived in WM longer; I wished she was closer to me (I'd drive an hour if that's all it takes). Alas, all good things must come to an end. For the many of us that are suffering due to pain...PLEASE try Bonnie Diamond's healing hands and therapeutic know-how and see/believe for yourself what this gracious woman can do for your body.

Her approach is thoughtful and caring, looking at the whole person and deducing the best line of action for maximum results. The results I've experienced for the TMJ treatment are close to magical! I feel it immediately! Another problem for me is inflammation and she's been steadily working on this! I ended up in the hospital for tests and they commented on the fact that my inflammation was low. My first thought was - Thanks to Bonnie!

Five stars for a successful smile…read more After getting a few quotes from surrounding orthodontist I chose to come here to get Invisalign. Originally known as Feeney Orthodontists I was very pleased with the service over the majority of my time. Now known as Ludlow Orthodontics I can only speak of the last three visits. First visit I was turned off. I remember walking into the office around lunch, no one at the desk so sat down and waited. There was someone in back and even after making eye contact there was no acknowledgement. The session with the doc, Sam, was quick. Took a glance at the chompers and told me to keep up with the bands and 22hours of wearing the Invisalign. The next visit a couple months later it looked like everyone settled in. The ladies behind the counter were welcoming and Sam was more personal. Wrapping up my time here, today was the better of the three visits. Lots of congratulations from everyone and made it seem like they were there from day one. My experience with Invisalign itself went well. Working nights made it easy to keep them on for the recommended 22 hours. I built a good habit to brush my teeth after I eat. Absolutely love! my smile now from what it once was. Would highly recommend in investing the time and money into getting the smile you envision!

No water fountains to spit your mouth wash out in, everything wiped down before and after patient. Really made me think about my previous treatments at other establishments... during this visit they discovered a bunch of cavities my previous dental hygienist missed so took care of those in two other visits. Since then just one small one which was more of a lets take care of it type of deal. I'd be lying if I said I didn't enjoy looking up at the lights... each area has different pictures, I recommend some winter ones being the skier I am. Happy with the service and friendly staff here, a dentist establishment I will too recommend.

I especially like my Dentist Dr. Katz who sees me after my cleaning. Dr. Katz really shows how much she cares about my teeth by examining all my teeth at every appointment. I had a small chip on the bottom of a tooth from when I was a lot younger and I mentioned it to her and after a quick consultation on the spot she buffed it and now it looks nice and smooth. She's wonderful. I also love her Dental Assistant Amneris. She has assisted Dr. Katz in a procedure with me before and I was extremely impressed with her ability. I have had interactions with both Dr. Lashgari and Dr. McKenna, and they are excellent with children, personable with parents, and very good at explaining the process. TL/DR version: use this orthodontic practice. They have integrity and don't try to push you into braces for your child before its time. Full story: My son was referred to an orthodontist by his dentist at age 7 or 8. The practice we went to first (not McKenna) wanted to pull out teeth, put in some sort of pre-orthodontia and then put in braces years down the line. I wanted a second opinion, so I took my son to McKenna for a free consultation. They told me there was no need to pull teeth, or do anything right now for that matter, and that we should wait until all his baby teeth fell out. They said there is only so much cooperation you can get with kids when it comes to orthodontics so it's best to wait. In short, they were not trying to fleece me like the other orthodontic practice was. McKenna offered free consultations every six months to keep an eye on things until the time came. Fast forward four years and it's time for braces. I had heard horror stories about braces being so painful, I was nervous for my son. There was no need because he said it didn't hurt at all. I trust the orthodontists at McKenna to have the best interests of my son at heart and not to add on extra unnecessary services only to pad their wallet. Truly a great find!
