Originally known as Feeney Orthodontists I was very pleased with the service over the majority of my time. Now known as Ludlow Orthodontics I can only speak of the last three visits. First visit I was turned off. I remember walking into the office around lunch, no one at the desk so sat down and waited. There was someone in back and even after making eye contact there was no acknowledgement. The session with the doc, Sam, was quick. Took a glance at the chompers and told me to keep up with the bands and 22hours of wearing the Invisalign. The next visit a couple months later it looked like everyone settled in. The ladies behind the counter were welcoming and Sam was more personal. Wrapping up my time here, today was the better of the three visits. Lots of congratulations from everyone and made it seem like they were there from day one. My experience with Invisalign itself went well. Working nights made it easy to keep them on for the recommended 22 hours. I built a good habit to brush my teeth after I eat. Absolutely love! my smile now from what it once was. Would highly recommend in investing the time and money into getting the smile you envision!

Just updating my review as it has been a few years and probably important being post covid now…read more It has been difficult getting two cleanings a year but I can see the efforts as they have their system send out messages if you opt in for a notification of availability. This was my case as I had availability to come in today. I had Makayla as my hygienist for the afternoon and she was by far the most informative individual I have had since coming here. Helps to that I asked questions which I always forget outside of dental visits. She also had a good choice of pandora music playing which I feel helped her get through that end of the day evening push. They have a cancer screening and a gum laser treatment now which I chose not to do at this visit. Upsetting to see two one star reviews from people who have chosen to only review minimal places. I have yet to have any negative experiences other than post covid scheduling which many industries are still playing catch up with.

Two days prior to my appointment they told me to get authorization "from a doctor so that they can prescribe antibiotics". In desperation I called my primary care physician, who told me Crestal can prescribe antibiotics. I called Crestal back the next day, told them what the doctor said, and hey presto! All of a sudden they can prescribe - after wasting hours of my time. I am a schoolteacher. I *repeatedly* told Crestal not to call me during school hours. They called me EIGHT TIMES IN TWO DAYS, during school hours. Finally I made it plain to them - I have autistic students, students with no English, I am not permitted to make or receive calls during the school day, so STOP CALLING. The chirpy little twitch on the phone then told me, "Well then! If you won't talk with us when we want, this isn't the office for you, so now your appointment is cancelled!" and SLAMMED DOWN THE PHONE. They're snotty, disrespectful and generally unpleasant. I communicated all of this to my referring dentist, who was happy to refer me to another office. I called that new office and they told me that there should never have been an issue about things 15 years ago, or antibiotics, or any of it, it was all unnecessary. I literally couldn't eat or DRINK anything for two weeks and had extensive issues with the same for a mont. I lost 20 lbs as a result and was only 120 lbs when I went to see him. The graft, especially from the right of my pallet, has permanent nerve damage. I can feel where the graft was to this day and it was 2 years ago. The whole process was difficult and I didn't receive support on what to do with the issues I was having after. I was often not treated as a valued patient. I would seek out a different perio dentist. Before this, I had no fear or hesitation with dentists. Now I am definitely scared on any future work I may need.
