Ill start off by saying that if I could give them no stars, I would. My experience with this…read moreorthodontist was a nightmare, a nightmare I had to go through on my own as a young teenager since I didn't have the support of my parents. If I sit here and say all the things I experienced, I wouldn't have enough room. What I will say is I never felt like the overall health of my mouth/teeth was a priority to them. I really do believe their goal was the way the teeth looked for a quick "after" pic, and nothing else. I had a bridge on the roof of my mouth and my braces on for too Long and when they removed my braces/bridge, one of the Reens drilled my front teeth including my gums. My gums were always swollen because I was on medication, but they always told me it was my fault lol so the day they removed the braces my gums were covering a lot of my small teeth. On the day the removal when Reen was drilling my teeth and my gums I thought I was going to die. It was very painful, there was blood all over the place. the mother of the kid who was sitting next to me said something because she clearly saw I was in pain, she saw the way he pushed me down on the chair when I tried to get up and she saw all the blood I'm sure. He told her off and told her to mind her business. I should have yelled, but I thought he knew what he was doing. Anyway, years later I am suffering from the drilling he made on my front teeth because he drilled too far and made literal lines, which caused browning/yellowing. It doesn't matter how many times I brush my teeth, when you drill a tooth and make a hole you've already messed up the tooth And I'm sure he knew it but he wanted the outcome for a few minutes to look as if he did a great job. I'm grown now, and I know what they did to me was wrong And illegal. I wish I could go back and stand up for myself. I'm pretty pissed that now I gotta come out of pocket to fix something I already paid to fix. They made my teeth SO MUCH WORSE. I can't smile, I can't laugh without covering my mouth. It's caused so much depression I hate it so bad. please stay with your kids at these apts. watch what they are doing. You are paying them and those are your kids. They wouldn't have any business without you. Sorry the review is all over the place. Thank you for reading!

(Yes, I live on the west coast now, but my spouse and I still belong to their practice exclusively because we are really attached to our dentists!) The dentists and their staff are caring, personable, knowledgeable, and gentle. Over the years, I've had some fillings done, and it has been with kind hands every time. I look for high technical competency, as well as excellent bedside manner in my healthcare providers, and the Wohl Family Practice team fits my needs, and then some. I've visited many dentists in my life, and many dental specialists. These dentists are the best I've ever had. It's a real gift to my family and to the community that the Wohl team is in the world, and I would believe this even if juggling weren't a prerequisite for all their on-staff dentists. But the juggling doesn't hurt.

A great practice and Dr. Carina Wohl, my dentist, is awesome. I can't recommend her enough!read more

The first dentist said I would be contacted quickly for my deep cleaning.. I waited and waited no call. I started calling and was told I would get a call-NO CALL!!!! Then, I emailed -only email was the one they got from the insurance company. So, I called the insurance company--they did not put in a claim to the insurance company till 8 weeks after my first visit-TWO MONTHS. Then, I was told I was approved and no one called me, Then, I was super mad and called. Manager called me and said she told the insurance person at their office to call me-no one did. So, I get an appointment and was told 1 o'clock. I go to office and was informed I was late-appointment was 12-I said I was told 1. Woman at desk got rude; I got ruder. Then, another person came with an attitude-gave it back and yelled-2 1/2 months. Then, manager comes out with her phony calm attitude- I said I had every right to be angry- 2 1/2 months and both women prior to her were rude. So, dentist comes out and admits the office is not properly organized, they are just employees, etc. If you are an employee, that does not give you the right to do a job incompetently. and he says we serve 5000 a year-so, sorry what happened to you. Will I go again-NO-would I recommend--No. This office needs to have better follow-up procedures, to return calls as well as emails, and staff should learn not to be rude to clients and make a situation worse, In the future, when I need dental work, I will call the insurance company and ask for a list of dental offices.
