Loved this place so much I came back twice in one day! Their frozen margaritas were excellent and $9 for 12oz, $17 for $24oz and $42 for a pitcher which ended up being about three large cups worth. The bartenders are super friendly and nice. I also got nachos which had a great sauce on them and we sat outside where there were lawn games and a good variety of seating as well as a second bar. This place was great and came at a reasonable price, I would definitely recommend!

Such a cute place! We were immediately drawn into the cute and funny signs as well as the decor. The space was vibing with loud music. So if that's not your thing, I don't recommend but was appropriate for the vibe in my opinion! We ordered two margaritas and just kind of chilled for a bit and it was really amazing! Despite being crowded, the service was pretty quick. We only stayed for one drink but everyone was having a good time and prices were reasonable for Miami! It seems like it might be a fun place for an evening as well. Lots of drink specials!

The space at Mama's is super fun and inviting--definitely gives off a cool, laid-back Miami vibe. The frozen margaritas are the star of the show. I tried the passion fruit, strawberry, and piña colada flavors and honestly couldn't choose a favorite... so I got all three. No regrets. We also ordered the chicken nachos, which unfortunately missed the mark. They came out lukewarm with unmelted cheese, and the ratio was way off--about 80% chips to 20% chicken and cheese. Definitely a letdown I wanted my money back. The service was quick and friendly. They do have some solid lunch specials on the menu but based on the nachos, I'd probably stick to drinks next time. Overall: come for the margaritas, stay for the vibes, but maybe skip the nachos.

Cute little shop in Wynwood, came in as soon as they opened so it was a bit quiet in there lol no music as said in reviews but they did have a movie playing. I sat down for piña colada with a friend and by the time I finished a cup I ordered another and tacos to go, food has amazing flavor and the drinks are great and not overly priced however the tip is already included. It's called margarita mama but my bank statement had margarita papi and the to go bag had a completely different name So I'm not sure what's going on there but overall friendly staff, good food and drinks so I would definitely come back

Fantastic service, fun games in the back, great drinks! Would definitely come back! Advertised as $9 margaritas which is much cheaper than surrounding stores so I was skeptical but the tequila they use is really good!

As a miami native I did not know this place existed. The margaritas are so cute and freshing with this heat! They were so sweet and fast. Right in the heart of wynwood if you need to chill off

You had me at $8 margaritas. My friends and I were in Wynwood and were looking for something delicious to drink after walking around the area. We heard the music from outside, loved the bright colorful outdoor (and their margarita sign on the side of the shop), and were lured inside. Ordering at the bar was quick and easy. We flagged down a bartender and ordered our frozen margaritas along with a couple of waters. It was midday but the music was playing and people were already dancing - such a vibe! I saw that they had a modern day jukebox so you could even "request" a song (by paying for it). It's too bad we couldn't stay longer, but we took our margaritas to enjoy at the food market across the street. Those margaritas are a creeper though. They taste really good but if you finish the whole thing, you'll definitely feel at least a small buzz.

Walked in off the street because the music drew me in and then the sign saying $8 margaritas til 8pm sealed the deal! The bartender was quick to get my order and has a bubbly personality. I'd come back for sure with the girls to grab a cool cocktail for cheap!

Yummy food. Fast service. Nice stop while you're checking out the Wynwood Walls. Highly recommend the THC infused pineapple slushie!

During my last night in Miami before heading home from vacation, I was looking for a rooftop bar to…read morerelax and enjoy the evening. After a little searching, I came across Elevar Wynwood and I'm glad I did. One of the first things I appreciated was finding parking right out front. The rooftop sits atop the AC Hotel Miami Wynwood and offers a spacious, clean, and well lit atmosphere. The views are decent and the overall setup is impressive. There are plenty of tables, comfortable lounge areas, a full bar, a grill, cabanas, a pool, and even additional lounge space to spread out and relax. What surprised me most was that it was not overly busy for a Saturday night, which made for a more laid back experience. My bartender, whose name I unfortunately forgot, was excellent. She was sweet, personable, friendly, and made us feel welcome throughout the evening. We only stopped in for drinks. I ordered the Bourbon Night, made with Bulleit Bourbon, raspberry, peach, orange bitters, and rosemary. It was flavorful, balanced, and definitely had a solid bourbon kick. My friend ordered the Paloma, which comes with tequila, grapefruit, lime, and grapefruit soda. He later switched to a vodka version and enjoyed that one even more. Overall, we had a great time. The atmosphere was relaxed, the service was excellent, and the venue offers much more than just drinks. If you are looking for a rooftop spot in Wynwood that is comfortable, clean, and not overly crowded, this is worth checking out. I would absolutely come back, and after seeing the property, I would even consider staying at the hotel on a future trip.

Unfortunately, when we arrived, the rooftop was completely closed. The chairs were still up, there was no bartender, and no staff members were present. We called to let someone know we had arrived and were told to wait a few minutes because the team was wrapping up breakfast service downstairs in the lobby. We waited approximately 30 minutes and called again because no one had come to take our order or provide any update. After our second call, we were told that someone would come speak with us. Kayla then came up to the rooftop and sincerely apologized for the situation. She explained that the restaurant was severely understaffed after three employees had recently quit, and the remaining team members were doing the best they could while covering multiple roles. Kayla suggested that we place our order downstairs and assured us she would personally bring our food up to the rooftop. We ordered burgers, and while we waited, she kindly provided complimentary drinks. Throughout the entire experience, Kayla was professional, attentive, and extremely gracious. She handled a difficult situation with a positive attitude and made us feel valued as guests. It was clear that the issue was not with Kayla or the staff who showed up that day. In fact, there were only three people working brunch: Kayla, the chef, and the waiter. Considering the circumstances, they did an incredible job. Kayla truly made the best of a bad situation and deserves recognition for her efforts. My disappointment is with management's handling of reservations. If the rooftop was not ready to receive customers at opening, reservations should not have been accepted, or guests should have been notified in advance. We drove all the way from Tampa to visit Elevar, and it was frustrating to arrive on time for our reservation only to find the venue unavailable and have to wait for service to begin. That said, the rooftop is a really cute spot with a great atmosphere, and there was plenty of convenient street parking. Because of Kayla's outstanding service and the effort made by the small team working that day, we would absolutely return. We just hope management takes steps to ensure guests are properly informed in the future and that staffing issues do not impact the customer experience the way they did during our visit. Kayla was fantastic. The situation was not. She turned what could have been a completely negative experience into one that still left us wanting to come back.

Guess the insight here is Kaona draws folks who so totally want to be there and participate in the nightly celebrations that it becomes contagious, spreading from table to table with smiles, laughter, and cameras. I feel the term 'artisan' is so overused nowadays that I avoid using it, so can we just go with the Bill & Ted description that Kaona's tiki drinks are "Most Excellent!" You enter an immersive world that really outshines any tiki bar to which I've ever been. The magic radiates out of every nook and cranny. That was complimented by our bartender, Billy, knocking out some perfect killer classics, like a real Mai Tai, and Navy Grog, that, post the 1950s became kind of sugar filled, over-the-top mockeries of the Tiki cocktail arts. No mockery here. Just the old school magic. It's a very analog, and thankfully honest, unhipster revival for a generation who knows not of Bali Hai, Don the Beachcomber, the Mai Kai, and San Francisco's once-great, now seedy Tonga Room & Hurricane Bar, at the Fairmont Hotel, on Nob Hill. The crowd, including the regulars, were a lot of fun. In all, a really awesome evening! Five stars, for all of that, and a sixth for the memories.
