    Nachos

Loved this place so much I came back twice in one day! Their frozen margaritas were excellent and $9 for 12oz, $17 for $24oz and $42 for a pitcher which ended up being about three large cups worth. The bartenders are super friendly and nice. I also got nachos which had a great sauce on them and we sat outside where there were lawn games and a good variety of seating as well as a second bar. This place was great and came at a reasonable price, I would definitely recommend!

Such a cute place! We were immediately drawn into the cute and funny signs as well as the decor. The space was vibing with loud music. So if that's not your thing, I don't recommend but was appropriate for the vibe in my opinion! We ordered two margaritas and just kind of chilled for a bit and it was really amazing! Despite being crowded, the service was pretty quick. We only stayed for one drink but everyone was having a good time and prices were reasonable for Miami! It seems like it might be a fun place for an evening as well. Lots of drink specials!

The space at Mama's is super fun and inviting--definitely gives off a cool, laid-back Miami vibe. The frozen margaritas are the star of the show. I tried the passion fruit, strawberry, and piña colada flavors and honestly couldn't choose a favorite... so I got all three. No regrets. We also ordered the chicken nachos, which unfortunately missed the mark. They came out lukewarm with unmelted cheese, and the ratio was way off--about 80% chips to 20% chicken and cheese. Definitely a letdown I wanted my money back. The service was quick and friendly. They do have some solid lunch specials on the menu but based on the nachos, I'd probably stick to drinks next time. Overall: come for the margaritas, stay for the vibes, but maybe skip the nachos.

Cute little shop in Wynwood, came in as soon as they opened so it was a bit quiet in there lol no music as said in reviews but they did have a movie playing. I sat down for piña colada with a friend and by the time I finished a cup I ordered another and tacos to go, food has amazing flavor and the drinks are great and not overly priced however the tip is already included. It's called margarita mama but my bank statement had margarita papi and the to go bag had a completely different name So I'm not sure what's going on there but overall friendly staff, good food and drinks so I would definitely come back

Fantastic service, fun games in the back, great drinks! Would definitely come back! Advertised as $9 margaritas which is much cheaper than surrounding stores so I was skeptical but the tequila they use is really good!

As a miami native I did not know this place existed. The margaritas are so cute and freshing with this heat! They were so sweet and fast. Right in the heart of wynwood if you need to chill off

You had me at $8 margaritas. My friends and I were in Wynwood and were looking for something delicious to drink after walking around the area. We heard the music from outside, loved the bright colorful outdoor (and their margarita sign on the side of the shop), and were lured inside. Ordering at the bar was quick and easy. We flagged down a bartender and ordered our frozen margaritas along with a couple of waters. It was midday but the music was playing and people were already dancing - such a vibe! I saw that they had a modern day jukebox so you could even "request" a song (by paying for it). It's too bad we couldn't stay longer, but we took our margaritas to enjoy at the food market across the street. Those margaritas are a creeper though. They taste really good but if you finish the whole thing, you'll definitely feel at least a small buzz.

Walked in off the street because the music drew me in and then the sign saying $8 margaritas til 8pm sealed the deal! The bartender was quick to get my order and has a bubbly personality. I'd come back for sure with the girls to grab a cool cocktail for cheap!

Super friendly waiters and an amazing kitchen make this restaurant a great experience every time you come here. The menu isn't big but it truly has everyone's favorite dishes. Tacos, sopes, enchiladas, mole and many, many more. The key is everything is made fresh daily. The al pastor tacos, green enchiladas, birria and the mole sauce are all incredibly delicious. Try their micheladas and also the spicy margaritas (both super good). The restaurant ambiance is very cozy and inviting. Its simple but nicely decorated. Give it a try.

We showed up around 3pm on a Sunday and waited about 30 minutes, which felt fair once we realized how small and cozy the place is. Seating is limited, so a bit of patience helps. The food delivered--everything was solid--and the service moved along at a nice pace without feeling rushed. The only real headache? Parking. It's pretty tight and can take some circling to snag a spot. All in, a really enjoyable lunch and definitely worth a return visit... maybe just with a parking strategy next time.

The tacos are always on point. Perfectly cooked tortillas, generous fillings, and bold, comforting flavors that feel homemade in the best way. The birria-style tacos were especially satisfying, rich and tender with just the right amount of crisp on the outside, paired with a flavorful dipping sauce that takes them to the next level. Simple, messy, and exactly what you want a taco to be. The sides hit too. The rice and beans are classic, well-seasoned, and clearly made with care, not an afterthought. Everything on the tray feels balanced and filling without being heavy. What really makes Taco Rico special is the vibe. It's relaxed, low-key, and genuinely family-friendly. You can take your time, enjoy a beer, have a conversation, and actually hear the people you're with. It's the kind of place that feels like a neighborhood staple rather than a trendy stop. This time around, I ordered the bean tacos and a taco salad, and both were pretty good. Everything tasted fresh, and the flavors were solid. I'm always getting chips & queso, so figured I'd mix it up with fries. While I liked the fries, the queso felt a bit thin and not very flavorful. Like it seemed they just mixed in a little fresh pico de gallo for the flavor component. Chips & Queso w/ Beef: The classic is much better than the dipper fries. Felt like there was more queso with the beef upgrade. Also, the thin chips let you focus more on the yummy cheese. Cheese Enchiladas w/ Red Sauce & Green Sauce: I love cheese! Like when choosing between meat or cheese as a protein, I usually pick cheese. So the enchiladas scratched that itch. Both sauces were nice, though not that memorable. The rice and beans helped fortify the meal, since the main enchilada portion felt a tad small. 3 Way Fajitas: This was an awesome fast casual dinner for two. Came out in an oversized mound of proteins, onions and peppers. While you could have created mixed fajitas, I did separate waves. The shrimp was tiny, springy and nicely flavored. The steak was the star, with that classic fajita chew. The chicken is nicely spiced, so more exciting that regular chicken. It came with guacamole, cheese, sour cream, rice and beans to feel like a real sizzling fajita plate experience. But it was the salsa bar that really livened things; I especially favored the green salsa.

I was surprised by Benito Juarez; this was a very, very average Tex-Mex style dinner…read more Everything we tried ranged from fine to OK, if that's even a range. I had the tacos Al pastor...the pork was only OK, the tortillas were fine, and even the pineapple was nothing special. The guacamole was OK, too. I had a mezcal mule, and that was also alright. The service was spotty; our server seemed to be doing double duty as the guac-from-scratch station owner for much of the night, so whenever we needed her, it was harder to find her than I would have expected given that Benito Juarez was not crowded on the night of our visit. The chips weren't bad. The desserts were probably the best thing on the menu: we got the palichurros with ice cream and the Napoleon with Oreo. The latter was tasty but tiny; the former arrived with the dulce de leche, but no ice cream, so we had to remind the team to bring that out. The reviews for this place are fairly solid, so I wonder if the initial buzz is fading a bit. I like that this is in a somewhat quieter part of Wynwood, so parking was pretty easy and getting a rezzie was also a breeze. The bowls on the menu were a hit with one of my kids, while the "chicken popcorn" (not popcorn chicken, mind you) was such a bust that my nine-year-old ate the Oreo two-pack served with the chicken but almost none of the rest of that meal. Benito Juarez proved itself tough to categorize. There is a ton of great Mexican food in this very neighborhood, let alone Miami as a whole, so if you are looking for quality, look elsewhere. But for a spot with something for almost anyone, Benito Juarez has a massive menu that gives you that Cheesecake Factory feeling in a Mexican/Tex-Mex vein: there's got to be something you can eat here.
