I came here twice to watch World Cup games and probably won't be back. First visit, the restaurant wasn't packed, it was a 3 PM game and service was still slow. Our server seemed tipsy, and I got one refill the entire game. Second visit was a busier night so I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt. We sat down and for a full hour with no water, no drinks we'd ordered, and our table hadn't even been cleared from the group before us. Dirty napkins, straws, the check holder all still there when we sat down. We finally complained and the manager stepped up and brought out margaritas and chips and genuinely tried to make it right, which is the only reason this isn't a one-star. But for the rest of the night we still had to chase down every order and every refill. I get it that it's the World Cup and the city is packed and spots like this are slammed. Came to Bar Tulios for their new brunch menu on Saturdays and Sundays. First of all, their bar is slept on. They have a big bar with lots of TV's playing all types of sports. For brunch, they have unlimited Mimosas for $35. It includes mimosas, Aperal Spritz and Rose wine, not a bad deal. To start we had the Elotes that were so yummy and the nachos. The nachos really impressed us. Served in a pizza size platter, these are definately shareable and really good. I would honestly come back just for the nachos. Then we moved on to our mains which were: Lemon Ricotta pancakes, topped with bananas, maple syrup and butter. If you like these flavors then this is for you. Chilaquiles: corn tortillas in a ranchero sauce topped with eggs and baby chuck steak. This was satisfying and I really loved the sauce and combination of every bite. So i will start by saying their hospitality is great, nice chill spot in the heart of wynwood. Spicy margarita was one of the best i ever had. The chicken wings and this is an honest review... best wings in wynwood by far!!!! Huge wings baked to perfection and delicious. 10-10!!! Food was OUTSTANDING! Tulio himself and Lara were so accommodating and considerate to us. My sister in law, Isabel, set us up with a great table here, and we were not disappointed in the least. Was pleased with food, drinks, and service. Was a little empty for Sunday brunch but that made it even better. The burrito was definitely big enough to share between two small stomached people. I had half left and that was removing the chorizo! The only disappointment was that the 30$ steak and eggs came out a bit cold, but we did not send back for reheating because it was just dipped into the chilaquile sauce of my burrito. As a rule I am not a Mexican food fan but Bar Túlio changed my mind. Along with the great tasty food that is no Taco Bell, the service is top shell and they have lots of large screen TV's for game. Also I found out about this place because of IFC - they always show the fights with no up charge to come in and see that night - ( I am taking to you wanna be Irish bar on South Beach ) Also the servers are easy on the eyes, super friendly , give great recommendations and they are all my favorite lol - especially Natalie, Laura. Jackie and even Flo . The chef even comes out to make sure all is ok The shrimp tacos are so good that's who I found out i developed an allergic reaction to them as an adult :( The selection is drinks amazing and switched me from hard core beer to a tequila and mezcal drinker Espresso martini made with a tequila is a stand out . Me and my friends went here during the grand opening. The service here is amazing, the host and the wait staff was very welcoming. I also enjoyed the vibes and the music that was playing. First time at Bar Tulio's which just opened within the last two weeks. We were greeted by the hostess and Luis, the manager, who seemed enthusiastic and welcomed us. Luis even remember one of our party who had come the week before. Our server V was attentive throughout. The decor sets a nice setting for a modern Mexican dining experience. For drinks we had various flavors of margaritas which were strong and flavorful. For an appetizer who shared the queso. The chips were well seasoned and the queso had a nice kick to it. For entrees we had the steak burrito, chicken quesadilla, and chicken enchiladas. Everything was cooked well, had good presentation, and was to order. I thought my steak burrito was well seasoned and had a nice shell to it that added texture. My companions enjoyed their dishes as well. The pricing for the portions are INSANE! I got the ceviche which is an appetizer and I could have gotten that as my main course with how much fish was included in the dish. The Birria transported me to another realm. It was delicious and the sauce was straight fire. And yo, the amount of chips and salsa you get, WHAT?! A must order because they're so good. Located in the old Bottled Blonde location stands this new Mexican bar. When I walked in, it was a quite empty to my surprise. The hostess greeted us and sat us right away. We sat at a booth right by the bar. Service was fast and the food was good. We got some chips and salsa (of course) and I ordered a chicken burrito. The portion was huge, so I had to save the second half for later. I"m absolutely coming back for happy hour; they have a pretty good special going on. $7 margs, chips and queso and chips and salsa, $3 off spirits, $2 off wine and $1 off beer.
