    Halo-Halo

Never thought I would see a Filipino restaurant in Fort Collins. So, how exciting! My table got Lumpia, Turon, Leche Flan, Halo Halo, Lechon, and Spaghetti. The Lumpia were yummy dipped into the sweet chili sauce, but a little sour on its own. Regardless, pretty solid. My favorite part of the meal was probably the Turon. The banana and jackfruit was perfectly soft on the inside while the outside was crispy and caramelized. Serving on the Lechon was a bit smaller than I would have liked, but delicious regardless. Also, you can never go wrong with Garlic Fried Rice. The Leche Flan's texture wasn't smooth as the Flan I'm used to, so I was not a fan. Something was off about it. Halo Halo was fine but didn't really have much jelly or beans. It also did not look like the Halo Halo they have pictured on the menu. Dessert was a no for me here. Finally, the Spaghetti was pretty good and slightly more savory than Jollibee Spaghetti. Food overall is pretty solid. I would like to try more items on the menu. Service, however? Not great. It was super slow, and our entrees and desserts all came out at different times. The timing between each dish was probably around 15 minutes apart. We were told our food would take "a couple of minutes", which was an understatement. I know that they just opened and have some things to work through. If you're impatient, I wouldn't go here or do takeout ahead of time instead. TLDR; food is good, service is really slow.

I happened to be at CSU a few weeks ago, so I stopped by to pick up lunch apparently shortly after opening day. While I am no Filipino food expert, I love trying different ethnic cuisines and this certainly has been a gap in the Ft. Collins food scene. I'm sure that what I experienced was mostly post-opening hiccoughs, but getting take-out was not an optimal experience. There are several screens showing the menu, but they cycle through a few different views too quickly to really absorb what is on offer. I would much prefer if there were printed take-out menus one could grab, or even a few of the eat-in menus available for take-out customers to peruse. After waiting for a couple of the screens to cycle a few times I noticed that they have pancit - awesome, I love noodles! So I ordered pancit bihon along with a boba milk tea. This seemed like a simple enough order, but I waited and waited. At one point someone apologized for the wait, but my order was still not forthcoming. I waited at least another 10 minutes, and when I finally got my noods they weren't really piping hot - I checked them when I got to my car and they were little better than lukewarm. I'm pretty sure that having to microwave them did not present this dish in its best light. Obviously for my first impression they were not at their best, but I will chalk this up to their newness. I'll try them again in a couple of months and make sure to dine in so I can experience them at their best - hopefully my next experience will be worthy of the 5-star reviews other Yelpers have given this place.

Incredibly kind and gracious family, offering amazing Filipino food! We came for a late lunch during their soft opening, just 4 days after opening day. It's a casual, family dining experience in a spacious room with tables and booths. The boba tea and smoothie (and so much more!) bar was tidy and colorful with so many flavor options. You can choose your sweetness level, which I always appreciate. The moving menu on the monitors were well lit in a lowly lit dining area. They were pleasant to look at from our dining table. Not too crowded, but there was a nice amount of folks already seated and some visitors coming in and out for take out or boba orders. The servers were incredibly kind and welcoming. The two of us ordered lumpia (7 pieces) and crispy wings to start, and pork sinigang and beef bulalo- two amazing, savory hot soup entrees. Rice portions for the regular sized entrees were just right! Delicious, hot to order, and for meals that my Lola would perfect over 4 hours, 15 minutes or so was quick for amazing, authentic Filipino food! We had room for a few bites of our lovely ube havala before we left, and a bit of leftovers. Stomachs full and satisfied! There is a karaoke set up and a few large monitors that had sports and tv shows playing. Bathrooms were tidy and comfortable. The mirrors were sparkly, shiny and I appreciated the gold accents that went along with the earth tones of the restaurant decor. To contrast the earth tones of the dining room tables, the walls were adorned with their brand colors - pink and green - further highlighting their fun, joyful, warm establishment. Parking is street parking or there is a small pay via app parking lot just off of S College, just east of the restaurant. We'll be back for merienda and

Lechon Kawalisilog (Crispy fried pork belly) with garlic rice, easy egg, and pineapple.

I'm glad to finally have a Filipino place in Fort Collins! The boba is great, and the food is just amazing! I ordered their lumpia (Filipino style eggrolls), Sisig and Lechon. The service was great, with menus in the front you order at the counter. When walking in you go upstairs, and that's where the magic is. There are tables with assigned numbers, and a corner that still looks like it's setting up for karaoke. It'd be awesome to have a dinner and karaoke event!

So glad we happened across this place on our walk! So many drink and food options, and everything we tried was delicious. Everyone was friendly and the atmosphere was so cool. We will definitely be back & hope it does well!!

Sisigsilog-got it to go..egg slid off the side of the rice while getting it home. It was delicious!

Food was great-got food to go-the sisigsilog and halo halo for dessert. NIce space (is that a karaoke set up on the stage?) , friendly people, larger menu than their former location-Quickly in Johnstown. As a Filipina who has lived here for 30 yrs, it's nice to finally see a Filipino restaurant in town. Food was legit!

    bangsilog!!! 10/10

This place is amazing!! I have been waiting for Fort Collins to have Filipino food for years. The lumpia was savory and delicious, the pork sisig was scrumptious, and the sinigang was demolished quickly by my friends and I. Will definitely be spending more time here! Everyone must try this spot!!
