I ordered from Marco's pizza through Yelp. It said my order would be ready in about 30 min and when I arrived, my pizzas were ready to go! The service was great too. It's a small shop, so you'd have to takeout- there's no seating to dine in. My friends and I ate it so fast that I didn't even get a picture. But I ordered a cheese pizza and veggie pizza. Both were very good. This is one of the few pizza spots in the area that was open late on a Sunday, so that's also a plus. Definitely check out Marco's if you're craving some 'za! read more

I'm a guy who is willing to pay more for a better product and I had been ordering from 2 other local pizza places assuming they were better than Marco's. I found that the quality of those other 2 places no longer justified their very high prices so I tried Marco's based on the recommendation of a friend. The pizzas from Marco's were much more reasonably priced and were better in every way. They were loaded with toppings and tasted great. I don't know if the quality is typical for the entire chain, but the Willoughby Marco's pizza is very impressive. I highly recommend it. read more

All I can say is I won't order from here ever again. The one day I ordered from here I wanted a sub from here. Which took way to long of a wait when it finally arrived the driver was very rude which I didn't like. I also saw this big ass bag he had which he gave it to me before I took my food. Well I see that it was 4 2 liters whe I wanted 4 20 fl oz. He even asked what was wrong which I told him. Well I take my food from him, and signed without giving him a tip since he was so rude. I sit down and start eating my food which I noticed it was hot. It was cold which I wasn't happy. I lost my taste for it I rewraped, and put it in the fridge since I was pissed. They also over charged for me the 2 liter price when I wanted the 20 fl oz. I ended up throwing my sub out since it wasn't even good. I know they let my sub sit for a long time which was completely disrespectful. I will never order from here ever again I have given a few chances, and that was the last one. They used to be good I have no idea what they did, but their food is terrible. The manager even sent me something I'm the mail with some deal. The best service I've received in a very long time! I ordered my pizza online and it was quick, easy and efficient. I ended up calling the store to give the driver some delivery instructions because I live in a confusing building. The young lady that answered the phone was cheerful, polite and upbeat and answered the phone on the second ring. Right as I hung up the delivery driver was calling me to ask how to get to my apartment so he was actually like 15 mins early which was fantastic. He was smiling, polite, friendly and most important of all he had my complete order. My pizza, salad and wings are wonderful, no complaints but the thing that stands out in my mind was the exceptional customer service. So, I hadn't had Marco's in a very long time. When we moved to a new home we got a coupon for a free pizza- no strings attached. Well, it must work because it was awesome and made us go back again even though we have to pick it up. I wish I would've gotten the name of the guy working Saturday night because my interaction on the phone with him was awesome! He wasn't "overboard" like someone trying to bs through a sale, he was just so friendly and listened to all of my requests and questions. I felt like I was actually talking to a friend! Low and behold- it all came out PERFECT and I'm used to a fast food place managing to ruin a standard taco.... The coupon worked, the customer service was above and beyond and now Marco's will be the first on my list of a place to get a pizza! read more

We order here and got two subs and one bacon pizza. Pizza was ok sauce was a little sweet but over all average but I ordered a sub with out mayo because of allergies and it came with mayo I called they offered to send out another on I said no they were very apologetic and refunded my card the money for the sub so I say great customer service average food read more

Awful customer service. Just this week, I was hung up on by a "manager". I live 3.1 miles from the store (according to their website). My house is located on an old road that apparently doesn't come up in their computer system, literally an 8 minute drive away. I work in the service industry, I'm an easy customer. I'm generous to their drivers, polite and simple on the phone; I was actually a regular customer of theirs. Complaining about local restaurants is not my thing, that being said, I've never been hung up on for trying to order a pizza. The young kid I talked to on the phone delivered pizza to my house multiple times, and understood my frustration, but was unable to assist because his brilliant manager, Michelle, forbade him. I tried being civil about the situation. I even contacted Marco's corporate to try to get this stupid computer error fixed. Who wants to order a pizza and feel like their doing something wrong, or like I'm some criminal? It's absurd. After zero response from Marco's Corp., I guess it's a lost cause. Marco's got their wish, and they don't have me as a customer anymore. My advice to you, if you should be so bold as to request a delivery, don't bother if you live 3.2 miles away...or 9 minutes from their store. If you are lucky enough to live within that distance, just hope you don't have to deal with the "manager", Michelle. There's a good chance she will make you feel just about as unwanted as you can make a customer feel...and then hang up on you. Don't waste your time with this place. LOVE IT!!! Their cheesy bread is phenomenal. Best pizza in the area. We also order once a week:)
