The first thing I noticed when we arrived was how CLEAN the place was. I even peeked in to the kitchen and was very happy with conditions. We ordered a small pizza and a calzone. The pepperoni pizza was a little more than the competition (the Dom and Papa folks) but the quality was definitely there and worth the extra scratch. Made great leftovers as well. The calzone was magnificent. Their menu is pretty diverse and there are some wing options, some bowls, and other things that we are looking to try. Looking forward to that on future visits. read more

We ordered a pizza a week ago and it was never delivered. When I called 20 minutes after it should have been delivered the girl told me she thinks it might have gone to a different address with another pizza. I asked that it be cancelled and issue a refund. Called and talked to a manager 3 days later when the charge went through my bank and the order was not cancelled and Chris told me he could not issue a refund as it's already cleared the bank but hopefully since the order was voided the money would refund. Not your average pizza chain. We came here for lunch, and our food was so good that we bought another pizza to eat at home for dinner. When we walked in the entire staff greeted us with a hearty, welcome to Marcos. A phrase we heard many times over our hour long visit. They have a small dining room for eating in, or if you prefer, carry out and delivery. We ordered a salad, pizza, wings, and a couple of sodas. Bottles only. The total was about thirty bucks The pizza crust with just the right amount of chewy , and the toppings were all fresh and tasty. The salad even had fresh made crutons. Over all it was a great experience the service was wonderful The food was Super delicious. And the place was clean. What more can you ask for? read more

Used to absolutely love Marco's. However we stopped ordering from here altogether because they stopped getting orders right. The staff doesn't seem to care, and even when you get in contact with the manager, he does nothing to make the situation right. Oh, and an FYI the company changed their ranch cups to some gross kind that seems to curdle and separate...not a huge deal, but nonetheless. read more

We ordered take out and the pizza was cooked perfectly and in only 8 minutes! They do offer delivery, however we were at the grocery store in the plaza and had dinner r day when we were done checking out. It reheated very well too at home later that night. Really flavorful sauce and great toppings on the pepperoni. Crust was perfect. Wish they delivered where my home is! read more

2 minutes ago Went here tonight for dinner. Ordered two pizzas both half and half. The first time we recieve our food they had two toppings on one side when we wanted them on separate sides. No biggie. We go back in to correct the order and wait another 15 minutes for our pizza. Stupidly we're in a hurry and didn't take a good enough look. I take a second look and notice the jalapenos and bacon are on the right side this time but they literally just put handfuls of said toppings on one spot of the half meaning 3/4 had the right toppings and only two pieces had the other. Went back in got my refund but the sad thing is I was offered nothing for my time. Im not looking for handouts but when you wait nearly an hour of my life I would expect at the least something. If you order online, be prepared to wait an hour or two for them to decide which of their multiple employees feels like maybe putting together your order, and if you happen to be a delivery driver for DoorDash or Uber Eats etc., expect to wait about 45 minutes before they bother handing you the order they've had prepared for awhile. read more

Love the pizza so Ill go 2 stars but Customer service goes a long ways.... I went 2 nights ago to pick up an online order that was already paid for and to be done at 5:43. Arrived at 5:40 and was only customer there. 4 employees were inside and one was on the phone. I sat there at the window for over 10 minutes without anyone talking to me, this entire time I was only customer. Finally, I backed up and pulled forward again hoping running over the drive through chord would get their attention, it did not. I waited a few more minutes and tried honking my horn as they were all standing right by the drive thru window next to me. They just completely ignored me, it was insane. All told, I was at their drive through 17 minutes (with a full order of already paid for pizza sitting there needing to be handed to me) before I just gave up and went home. NOT ONE PERSON OPENED THE WINDOW EVER. read more

My wife cannot eat red sauce, we have twice ordered white sauce via DoorDash only to get the pizza delivered with red sauce and forced to order/prepare something alternative for her to eat. Last night was the last straw. After trying to stress a dietary condition is the reason we need white sauce, we finally got the white sauce. But wait, this third order is still screwed up: my basic, All Meat Pizza, shows up as a cheese only pizza with zero toppings. Finally, truly fed up from three straight Friday night deliveries of lousy customer service/attention to detail, I call. I am not offered a solution to this problem tonight as I expected. No, I am offered to have my name placed on a sheet of paper the manager will surely see to offer me a free cheesy bread the next time I come in. Yep, that's what I was looking for you to do. Why make my current order right when I can get a free cheesy bread some other night to go along with my fourth f***ed up order? To make this call more insulting, I told the guy who picked up the phone that I had my pizza and it had showed up incorrectly. He assured me my Door Dash order was headed right out the door immediately. To which I had to explain to him how I was currently, actively looking at my pizza. I was not his other order. Confusion. "How could this be?" I could hear him fumbling to wonder on the other end. I was an already delivered order? Yes. I am not the order that is currently late which you are actively screwing up, I am the order you already screwed up and the customer you are currently half paying attention to. I know it's Friday night and it gets slammed. But this is supposed to be my convenient solution to dinner after I've been slammed. That's WHY you're slammed. I'm tired of them getting it wrong. Do something about your Friday night crew. You've lost one customer. Hopefully you can stop the bleeding while this location can still be successful. read more

This place is close to home so it's very convenient. We have only had great experiences here, and cant complain about the coupons we get by email and in store. The pizza is also very tasty, definitely better than Domino's pizza. read more

First time at Marco's. I ordered a medium pepperoni and a medium sausage. While waiting I noticed the tired and kitschy 50ish Sinatra style music which I smirked at. Pizzas didn't take long and went home. Both pizzas were very bready, lots of crust, and thick. There is at least an inch of edge crust before you hit the cheese. It really looked like only half of the slice was anything but bread. The sausage was quite obviously a packaged variety. Not fresh, Pre-cooked stuff. Pepperoni was just ok. Sauce wasn't bad and the cheese was ok. However, I didn't like the pizza and don't intend to go back. read more

Don't order fromarcos on Grubhub! When my order didn't come by the estimated delivery time of 7:09 to 7:29 I had to reach out to Grubhub support. I find out from the call- service -Grubhub- person that my order wasn't coming due to the restaurant not giving me a phone call. Marcos had my number but didn't not give me a call. Grubhub didn't really make it right either except by refunding me my money which will get to me in 3 or so days. And now I have to find dinner for the family. Thanks Marcos. read more

First time customers and we ordered our pizzas in the restaurant. Right after paying, we watched one of the cooks grab the pizza dough for our pizzas, lift the collar of his shirt, sneezed twice into his shirt, without gloves, didn't wash his hands, and started making our pizzas. Are you kidding me? Apparently safe food handling isn't a thing there. My partner and I looked at one another with disgust and I said "none of them are wearing gloves. That's disgusting. Lord knows the last time they washed their hands." An employee must've heard me cause she washed her hands then put gloves on. NOBODY in the restaurant was wearing gloves except her, and it's likely because she overheard me say it. Pizza is okay, nothing special, but because of the lack of cleanliness we watched, we will never go to Marco's again. Absolutely disgusting. read more

Pizza is ok and a nice change from the big chains like dominos etc. placed our order about 6pm and was told about 20 minutes to wait. Half hour goes by and we ask is it ready, oh 5 or 6 more minutes. Took about 45 minutes to get our order that was not custom based on other reviews and that they can't make a custom one. Didn't seem like too busy of a place like dominos. Not worth the wait for average pizza. Hopefully they can get it together before they go under. read more

Not sure if this place even deserve 1 star. We placed our order for 1 pizza and cheezybread. My husband went to pick it up 20-25 minutes later and was waiting for an hour in the lobby for our "correct pizza" in that hour they had to make 2 different pizzas and it still turned out wrong. My husband is a really nice person so he complained politely and they gave him a free soda and an incorrect pizza. He came home and I was LIVID! By this time it was about 8:45pm, I had worked all day and he had watched the kids we were ready to settle down and eat dinner. This is the 2nd time he's come home with a messed up pizza from this place. I kindly called them up and asked for them to make me a new pizza. The gal said she would personally do it and it'll be ready soon. I waited 20 minutes and headed out. I went in and they were so far behind on orders mine was barely being put in the oven. While I was waiting they had other customers come in whose orders they couldn't even find..? Also there were teenagers sitting in the lobby at a table and employees from the back would randomly look at them and mouth swear words. They were soo unprofessional and seems like the employees need some discipline. Needless to say the pizza is good if you actually get what you want... GOOD LUCK! read more
