I've ordered from Marco's for delivery to my home several times in the last few months and have usually enjoyed the pizza and customer service. After my experience this evening, I will be looking for a new pizza delivery option. I love their big cheese pizza with mushrooms, and that is what I always order. They mailed out coupons with a code to order a XL big cheese pizza online for $10.99 and all the other coupons on the mailer were expiring tomorrow, 5/21. It should be simple, right? No, I logged into my Marco's online account to attempt to get a pizza for dinner and the big cheese pizza is no longer on the menu. I call, ask if they still make it, they do, and let the girl know I have a coupon code from a mailer that was sent out from that Marcos location. She told me it won't work, that I can pay the regular price, and doesn't offer to honor the coupon price or even work with me. I tell her no and that I will order from somewhere else, and she says "sounds good". I should be eating my Marcos pizza now, and everything should of went smoothly, but sadly after this experience I don't wish to ever order from them again. read more

Riverton location has a long way to go for customer service. This is the third time in a row that our order has been wrong. This time our pizza had incorrect toppings and a missing side of jalapenos. Last time they did not bring the salad. The time before that we were missing the extra dipping sauces we paid for and the cheese bread a raw. This time I called the store to get a new pizza, as my kids would not eat a pizza filled with onion. At first they said they would replace it if I paid the $4 delivery fee again. I said that is not fair but if that's what it takes to get my kids dinner I would do it. I then asked about getting the side of jalapenos that I paid for, the phone was then passed off to the manager (weird) he then said they would not be getting my items but would give me a refund. I would rather had the dinner for my kids but I agreed. I then stated that I had paid the driver cash. He said the driver would be returning the money. I am still waiting on that!! When I call they won't answer the phone. It's back to Dominos for my family! read more

The food is really good, however the ordering process is beyond ridiculous. The website doesn't work correctly and I was on hold for over 15 minutes when I called with out any answer. We went to the actual location to go in and order, and just for kicks, I again called the store to see if someone would answer. As we sat in our car in front of the store on hold, we could see through the window and not one person was inside and every single employee was messing around and taking amongst one other... this was extremely frustrating to say the least. read more

The pizza was okay. The delivery was amazingly bad. I ordered ahead of time to make this easy. 10 minutes before my order was to be delivered I got a call. The young man explained that his GPS told him I lived at the local Jimmy Johns. While I have eaten there before I do not live at Jimmy Johns. I gave him directions and waited. 10 minutes later I get the second call. GPS still can't find me, but he's near a park, do I live near a park? C'mon man, this is Riverton / Herriman we are 50% parks. The nice young man offers to meet me at Maverik. WHAT?! I paid a delivery surcharge to load load my kids up to come meet you at Maverik? Take it back to your store and refund my money. Please. 3rd call comes in. I've found your address, do you still want it? Against my better judgement I said yes. We've ordered online from Marco's several times since they've opened and we've had mostly positive experiences. We love that you can specify so many things in the online ordering system (like whether you want your pizza "well done", or whether you want it cut in squares, or cooked with flour instead of cornmeal). Overall the pizza is pretty good, and I love the cheezybread. They're always prompt as well, and very friendly when my husband goes in to pick up the order. read more

I was told if a 30% discount if I used their app. I only downloaded the app for this. I did not want to download the app, but did so for the discount. The closest Marcos was 2 miles from home and yet the app said it was outside the delivery area. So I called in and they said they could absolutely deliver to this location. They indicated that the app was not working well and that corporate is aware of this issue. They apologized. I placed the order on the hoped that I could still get the 30% discount as the issue was on their side. The person taking the order said he'd need to get a manager involved. I said that I was only interested in ordering from them because of the discount. The manager came on and said she was not authorized to offer a 30% discount, but could offer a 15%. I expressed my frustration, but 15% was all she was willing to offer. Reluctantly, I continued with the order as it was late and we needed to feed the kids. After the order was placed and the card information was given, she said it would take about an hour for the delivery. I nearly lost my mind at this point as the whole experience felt much like a bait and switch. I expressed that frustration as well, and to her credit, she apologized and said they only had one driver and expressed concern that I was not made aware of this at the onset of the order. She said she'll have her driver drop off the order first. They may had done the best they could have done, and it may not be an issue with the staff, but I can't help feeling rinsed by the corporation. Very mediocre pizza, poor delivery service. We ordered a pepperoni Magnifico, an antipasto salad and buffalo wings. The pizza was cold when it arrived but the taste was okay, the salad was the bottom of the bag lettuce and our wings were mushy. We ordered the wings well done in hopes to avoid this problem. After reheating the pizza and wings it was okay but living less than 5 minutes away we were hoping for better service. It took over 45 minutes for our pizza to arrive! read more

This was not a good night for Marcos. I previously left another review which was positive. Tonight I ordered a garden salad, no olives, add onions & a small pepperoni (2 kinds) and onion pizza with light sauce. It was 30 mins later than the website predicted and that never happens they are always earlier than the website delivery time. Hence, the pizza was cold. That part is ok because who doesn't like cold pizza? I'll leave photos of the disaster. Tons of olives, wayyyyy too many onions, loaded with pizza sauce. All the things I hate. The onions and olives in the bowl are what I was able to sweep aside. Bunches were ingested because you couldn't pick them all out. The pile of olives in the clear tin are what I could easily pick out of the part of the salad I ate. I'm not interested in picking my food apart so that's going in the trash. The pizza pieces left on the paper plate show the globs of "light" pizza sauce. I love onions but there are 1000s of them and they are huge wide pieces. Yuck. The whole meal....yuck! read more

This is the best franchise chain pizza I've ever had! Slightly more expensive than the others, but well worth it.

The pepperoni magnifico is actually surprisingly good...a cut above the rest. Extra flavorful, seasoned perfectly. The crust was pretty standard the the wings were mushy and horrible (inedible). The Greek salad was fine...nothing to write home about, but I would go back for that pep. I prefer Marco's to Dominos and Pizza Hut, but it's certainly not an NY slice. read more

I used to work at my uncle's Italian Restaurant, Fiore's in Denver, CO which had the best pizza ever. This is close.

Fast delivery, convenient options to pay and tip through delivery driver's cell phone. Pizza is forgettable.

The menu here is excellent as is the pizza. Even though this place is new to the area it has already established a busy clientele. There are a few booths and tables for eating in but it's definitely more of a take out and delivery business. The owners really try hard to keep their customers satisfied. Give this joint a try. They are only getting 1 star because the pizza was ok. I ordered at 10:30am online. I was told they dont open until 11, so my pizza would be there at noon. I thought an hour was a bit long but oh well, I accepted it. At around 12:20, I called and asked where my order was. The online tracker said it was out for delivery for 30 minutes so far. The person I spoke with was rude. He didnt seem to care. He said they had been busy and there was nothing he could do. He did thought look on GPS and saw the driver was nearby. The driver got here and oh, the pizza had been out for delivery for 35 minutes and of course was COLD. read more

I'm so excited to find a place that has an assortment of salads and subs. I had the antipasto salad with Greek dressing last night and it was just perfect. We also ordered the chicken and a sub. Both of which were great. My kids tasted some of the leftovers and immediately asked if we could order from Marco's again (they're 20, 15, and 13) We will be ordering again tonight. *****So, we used to order from Marco's like once every two weeks or less. So underwhelmed! This place was super pricey but delivers and offers more than just pizza. My husband got a meats pizza and enjoyed it. It was $16 for an 8". I ordered a sandwich and was disappointed. The sliced beef was thick and slightly rubbery. The cheese bread was not a cheesy oozy mess but slightly crunchy. We went here at the urging of friends who said the cheesy bread was to die for. While I agree that the cheesy bread was good, I don't know if I would die for it. I might sprain my ankle for it. As for the pizza, we ordered the Pepperoni Magnifico, which comes with two, yes two, types of pepperoni for that extra pepperoni flavor and greasiness. We also ordered the Deluxe Uno, which is like a supreme, but not so supreme, if you know what I'm saying. The sausage and pepperoni were flavorful, but the "fresh" mushrooms were fresh out of a can. $32 bucks for two medium pizzas I was expecting something amazing, what I got was a kid that acted like I was wasting his time even calling, mediocre pizza that I had to pick up. Oh ya that $32.00 was a pick up price not a delivery, when I got to the counter I asked are you sure you can't do anything at all for a discount, the kid at the counter said "nope we don't do discounts" I replied and said really this is my first time coming here and there is nothing at all, he said I already told you no. We ordered this pizza a few times because my lady loves the old world pepperoni. The delivery was quite slow (double the provided time), and the pizza was ok. After that, we tried ordering other toppings and were quite displeased that they used canned spinach and mushrooms as toppings for their pizza. Their wings were also a bit soggy and undercooked. Pizza used to be good when they first opened. Since they've had issues with new management the quality has slipped a bit. They advertise 3 different crust toppers, yet never ask you which one you'd like, and make a hassle if you make sure to specify. Employees aren't the brightest, I've called about 6 times for delivery, and since I live in a development built two years ago, I get told every time that they cannot deliver to me since I'm not in the GPS or I'm not in their delivery zone. I literally live 3 miles away. And literally one turn is needed to get to my house once they leave the store. Way too overpriced and too much hassle to go through when there's a dominos, little Caesars, Pizza Hut, and papa johns all closer than them. read more
