I have been a customer at Marco's for sometime, and the food quality has always been good. However the last two times I ordered online, first when I arrived one of my items hadn't been prepared and I had to wait for 10 minutes for them to make it. If I could give negative stars I would. Pizza was fantastic. The curly haired man was completely useless and very disrespectful too my son that went in and got the pizza. We ordered for the first time yesterday, the family agreed, it was the best chain/franchise pizza we had eaten. The employee that took our phone order was happy to answer my questions and very friendly, same with the delivery guy. Pizza arrived quickly and piping hot. Overall quality was excellent, the cheese, sauce and toppings rivaled my favorite local pizza restaurant/dive bar. Two bonus surprises, there is no delivery charge and the first container of dipping sauce is free (I didn't know this when I ordered). The driver also left a small ziploc full of parmesan and red pepper flakes packages. Marco's Pizza is our new go-to for delivery. My only request would be adding a white Alfredo type sauce option. read more

The manager here is pissed off all the time. He is also unreasonably rude. We have been customers for several years. If it wasn't for the good pizza, I WOULD HAVE STOPPED CALLING MARCO'S. Soomething needs to be done about this obnoxious manager. Told me last time I called that the pizza wouldn'd be able to go out for delivery for at least 1 and 1/2 hours. Oh well. read more

Still waiting for a pizza that I ordered 1 1/2 hours ago. It is 45 minutes past the time it should have arrived. I called the store and was told the driver is on the way but might have been held up at the hospital. Well if you make a delivery at the hospital while carrying my pizza around, it will not be in excellent condition when it arrives. If it arrives. Another time I ordered on line and after an hour and 1/2 I discovered the online system did not register my order. Even though I received an email confirmation. Some at the store dropped the ball. Unhappy, and hungry. Pizza arrived at 1:36 (original time expected 12:46). So as expected, cold and soggy pizza. Someone at the store made a very poor decision to put multiple orders in that car. To the credit of manager, Erin, he did credit my account for the payment. They need to change their delivery policy. read more

Ordered an Italian sub, boneless chicken, and water. Sub - I added mayo and lettuce to the sub. Apparently adding mayo means you don't get the Italian dressing on it for some reason. The lettuce came wrapped in tonight foil, because I guess lettuce on a sub was just too mind blowing to them. Boneless chicken - Fine except the ranch dressing literally tasted like Elmer's glue Water - when ready to leave with the whole order, they realized they had no bottled water. So they called me and offered pop instead, no thanks. So water had to be removed from the order. I used to like Marcos, but all of this stuff tasted the same as it used to. None of this food was particularly good, so I won't be ordering again, and could recommend anyone else does either. read more

Wow! This pizza is delicious. I have never had them before. We are traveling and stopped for the night and wanted something to eat. We didn't want to have leave again and found that they delivered. Called, spoke with Charlie-awesome guy. Took our order and gave a delivery time. Before we knew it, the pizza was here. Sorry, didn't get the delivery person name but he was so nice. This is my first time eating here and the pizza is absolutely amazing the sauce is amazing the taste is amazing and absolutely love the thin crust the crust even has a flavor but I tell you check out this place if you love pizza you wont be dissapointed It was my first time eating here and I love it read more

As an update... they have preauthorized my account three times now. So my bank is holding $60 out of my account because of the poor management and their inability to effectively deal with an error on their part. I would fire them all.... and hire new management and retrain them with some real customer service skills and knowledge of operations. read more

Horrible customer service. Placed a order. Arrived to pick up order to be told they were out of the meat I ordered for a pizza bowl. Canceled my order and was told I would be refunded for both orders placed within minutes. Was refunded for one within minutes but not the other. Called to speak to someone about the other refund and was told to hold, could hear the guy giving orders to customers while waiting on the phone for 12 mins The first time before I was hung up on. Called back was told to hold again... held to have the same thing happen again for 15 mins... called a third time and was told to hold and waited 32 mins... drove all the way back to the store and arrived at the door and the manager answered the phone to tell me he was tired of me calling for my refund and that I could call the next day to speak to another manager because he didn't want to deal with it.... I have called cooperate and given names of the manager and the guy answering the phone that placed me on hold three times for minutes at a time and made me hold for no reason to ge no help with my situation. I want to be refunded and also the horrible employees Lone Oak has Brandon being one to be fired for being so horrible to a customer just wanting to be refunded! read more

Saw the delivery car , and said to myself hmm I will give them a try. Ordered a medium UNO. Fast delivery , and was amazed at how hot the cheese was. Vegetables were extremely fresh , and the sauce and crust were perfect. will order again before I give them 5 stars but definitely good stuff!! read more

The pizza is great. Maybe the best I have had in Paducah. The service on the other hand is lacking to say the least. I had a horrible experience this evening. I came in with my 16 month old daughter in tow, I had ordered and paid online, arrived the quoted 22 minutes after my order was placed. I stood at the counter and 6 workers looked at me and didn't acknowledge me, I patiently stood there because they appeared busy, I waited a good 5 minutes and still not a word from any of the workers still making eye contact with me. After 5-10 minutes still no one says a word to me, a woman that I learned was the general manager still doesn't greet me but calls to the back for someone else to come up front. The guy that came from the back was polite, looked up my order, which wasn't ready and basically walked off. I wait another 10 minutes or so and my name is called, my order is ready, I collect it from an employee and once again, I'm not acknowledged, she doesn't say a word to me, she just hands some boxes my way and promptly walks off. I wasn't greeted. No one apologized for ignoring me for several minutes. No one apologized for the wait. No one thanked me for my business. Nothing. I can understand they were business but they were talking to each other, why couldn't they take 2 seconds to say "Welcome, someone will be with you in a moment"? Common courtesy, after all I am a paying customer. I should have addressed this issue in the store but I had my baby with me and decided to call instead. I called upon leaving and to my surprise I learn that one of the many employees that ignored me was a MANAGER! Such a shame. A manager should lead by example, right? Well, Nina Smith manager of Marco's pizza in Paducah, KY, set an example and her employees certainly followed. I can excuse a lot of things but disrespect is not one of those things, kindness and professionalism go along way, I will not be back. read more
